The beds are properly comfortable (I’m picky about this), and there’s decent soundproofing considering you’re literally in the heart of Old Town. Though I have to say, if you’re planning to sleep in past 9 AM, maybe pack earplugs – the morning tour groups can get pretty enthusiastic right outside your window.

The location is actually what sells this place. I mean, you step out the front door and you’re maybe two minutes from Town Hall Square, but somehow Pikk Street itself doesn’t feel overwhelmingly touristy. There are still locals going about their business, little cafes that aren’t just tourist traps, and you get this sense of what the neighborhood is actually like. Parking is basically impossible nearby (as expected), but the tram connections are solid if you’re coming from the airport or train station. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no fuss, just someone who clearly knew the area well and gave genuinely helpful suggestions about where to grab dinner that weren’t the obvious spots everyone hits. The whole experience feels more like staying at a friend’s place who happens to live in one of Europe’s most charming medieval cities, which is exactly what you want when you’re trying to actually experience Tallinn rather than just photograph it.

  What could be improved: Huoneisto oli aivan kylmä 10 astetta kaikki patterit ja lattialämmitykset oli pois päältä.Vuokraaja sanoi että lämpiää 10 minutissa mutta meni vuorokausi että pystyi oleskelemaan koska paksuista seinistä tulee kylmää koko ajan ja lattia oli kylmä
  koko ajan paitsi eteisen lattia. Suihkuhuoneen lattialämmitys viileni yöksi ja oli aamulla kylmä milloin olisi tarvinnut lämmitystä suihkussa ollessa.
