The whole building has this older, settled feel to it, like it’s been around long enough to have its quirks figured out. Check-in was straightforward, no drama there. Parking can be a bit of a hunt depending on when you arrive (evenings are definitely trickier), but it’s not impossible. The neighborhood itself has this lived-in feel – nothing too polished, but you’ll find a decent coffee shop within walking distance and a grocery store that stays open late enough to be useful. I noticed the WiFi actually works well, which matters more than people admit when they’re traveling. The whole place just feels… practical, I guess? Like it’s designed for people who need a clean, safe place to crash without all the bells and whistles. Sure, it’s not luxury, and yeah, the 6.6 rating reflects that it’s not going to blow you away. But sometimes you just want somewhere honest and straightforward, and this delivers on that promise without trying to be something it’s not.

  For my travelling (alone) purpose this little appartment was suitable. And found it rationally prized and good option for one night stay. Location was perfect for my travel agenda.

  Nothing- we couldn't stay due to the host not providing check-in information.

  We had never the possibility to see the apartment and sleep there.
  1 hour before the planed check-in we got the information that they cancel our reservation. The explanation was that the department was damaged by the visitor before. We already stand in front of the house and ask if an earlier check-in is possible.
  The days before we were ask a few time to pay extra money as a damage deposit (100€)! I offer to pay it, when we will meet to take offer the apartment.
  I got the information that we will get back our money and the extra cost of the new apartment. I got in contract with booking and got at least the cost from the apartment back.
