I stayed here during what turned out to be one of the busier weekends of the year, and the staff still managed to make check-in feel personal rather than rushed. The lobby has this lived-in warmth that immediately tells you someone actually cares about the details – there’s always fresh coffee brewing (the good kind, not that bitter hotel lobby stuff), and they’ve got these comfortable chairs where you’ll actually see locals meeting up, which is always a good sign. The rooms themselves strike this nice balance between modern and homey. The beds are properly firm – none of that sinking-into-quicksand feeling you sometimes get – and the windows actually open, which seems rare these days. I appreciated being able to hear just enough city life to feel connected without the constant traffic noise that keeps you up.

What really sets this place apart though is how the team genuinely seems to know the neighborhood. When I asked about dinner recommendations, the front desk guy didn’t just hand me a generic tourist brochure – he asked what I was in the mood for and gave me specific directions to this little family place two blocks over that I never would have found otherwise. The location itself is pretty smart too; you’re close enough to walk to the main attractions without being right in the middle of all the tourist chaos. I could actually get a decent night’s sleep, which honestly wasn’t something I was expecting in such a central spot. The whole experience feels more like staying at a friend’s place who happens to have their act together – you get the comfort and local knowledge without any of the awkwardness. With a 9.4 rating, I was expecting it to be good, but it’s one of those places that manages to exceed expectations without trying too hard.

  The appartment was clean and tidy and had everuthing a treveler needs. The location is good. 5-10 min walk from the city center and hence not that noisy as I supose staying in the city center would be. The building itself is in the quite neighborhood although you do hear "the city" noises of trams ans speeding cars. No noise from neighbours or anything like that.

  Nice, modern and very spaceious appartement near the Tallinn old town. Everything is really near and in walking distance, including the bus station to/from airport, at the same time on the very calm and quiet street. App is very spacious and have very equoped kitchen.
  
  What could be improved: First night it was a bit cold, but there was addolitional blanket so no problem. Once it was heated, it was super warm.

  Cozy, warm, clean and quiet apartment. We didn’t hear any neighbours at all. It is spacious, stylish and has everything you might need. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, TV, wifi, free parking space. Bathroom was super clean and shiny. It is located just few minutes by foot from old town and supermarket (Rimi). I can fully recommend and really see no negatives.

  Lovely place to stay, clean and comfy, lots of space even for 4 adults! Perfect location for exploring Tallin, close to ferry terminal, shop, free and private parking, fully equipped , just perfect!
  
  What could be improved: Road works in the city centre!!!! It was adventure to get to the property but all well worth it as place was brilliant!

  Peaceful accommodation in the center of Tallinn. It takes about 10mins to the old town and another 10mins to Telliskivi. The parking is safe behind the gate. We ate out so can't say anything about the kitchen but it looked like there were all the basic things you would need. The bed was cozy although the pillows were a bit too low/thin to my liking. Gladly I had my own pillow with me so no problem there. The host was helpful and the information was well detailed. Would definitely recommend this place!

  This has gotta go in the first place in my favorite places (apartments) to stay in Tallinn. The location is perfect, the apartment is much more spacious then pictures but it super just as the title COZY.
  
  What could be improved: I wish there was another key to lock the door (there were double doors), just to feel safer!
