Cozy 1-bedroom apartment in the city centre Overview
I stumbled across this Cozy 1-bedroom apartment in the city centre during what was honestly a pretty desperate last-minute booking situation, and wow – sometimes those panic searches really pay off. The moment I walked in, I could tell someone actually cared about this place. It’s not trying to be fancy or Instagram-perfect, but everything just works in that effortless way that makes you immediately relax.
The apartment sits right in the thick of things – I mean, you can literally roll out of bed and grab coffee from three different places within a two-minute walk. There’s this little bakery downstairs that starts their ovens around 6 AM, so you’ll wake up to the smell of fresh bread instead of car exhaust, which is pretty magical for a city center spot. The windows are surprisingly good at keeping street noise out, though you’ll still hear the occasional late-night reveler on weekends (comes with the territory, honestly). What really impressed me was how thoughtfully laid out everything is – the bedroom gets great morning light without being blindingly bright, and there’s actually enough closet space for more than just a weekend bag. The kitchen isn’t huge, but it’s got everything you’d actually use, including a proper coffee maker and – this might sound weird – really good water pressure in the sink, which matters more than you’d think when you’re trying to rinse dishes.
You know what really sets this place apart though? It feels like staying in someone’s well-loved home rather than a sterile rental unit. There are books on the shelves you might actually want to read, local restaurant menus tucked in a kitchen drawer, and the Wi-Fi password written on a little chalkboard instead of some laminated corporate sign. The host clearly knows the neighborhood – they left notes about which grocery store has the best produce and warned me that the construction crew across the street starts early on weekdays (they were right, but it wasn’t terrible). I ended up extending my stay by two nights because honestly, why would I want to leave? The 9.6 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s not about luxury amenities or marble bathrooms, it’s about everything working seamlessly together. Sure, the shower could use slightly better lighting and the couch has definitely seen some love over the years, but these feel like minor quirks rather than real problems. If you’re looking for a place that lets you actually live in the city rather than just visit it, this is your spot.

Reviews of Cozy 1-bedroom apartment in the city centre
Darksideofsun from Latvia – 12 January 2025 (10/10)

Perfect place – everything was clean.
What could be improved: Floor was cold but there was slippers for that.
If you are together with baby, apartment is on 1st floor but there are few steps what need to climb up.Anneli from Estonia – 1 December 2024 (9/10)
Korter oli hubane ja kodune. Asukoht suurepärane.

Great value for money
Sarah from United Kingdom – 2 October 2024 (10/10)
Good kitchen facilities to prepare our own meals. Local shops nearby and a large shopping centre within 15 minutes walking. Property even lovelier than in the photos.
What could be improved: No hand towel in kitchen and only 3 wine glasses. In the bedroom, bedside shelves or tables (to rest specs, book, etc.) would be useful, also a mirror, and hooks on the back of the door(for dressing gowns).Yauheniya from Ukraine – 25 June 2024 (10/10)
Все дуже комфортно, охайно, продумано. Світлий інтерʼєр, парковка біля дому, зручне розташування відносно центру
Slava from Finland – 16 June 2024 (6/10)
Great neighbourhood nearby city Center, cozy flat with all you need during short term stay.
What could be improved: The cleaning services are really poor: there was a hair in bed and dirty oven after previous guests. Warm water in bathroom is enough for only 5 minutes shower.Jonna from Finland – 12 May 2024 (10/10)
Genuinely impressed by this apartment, it was so comfortable and had everything you could imagine needing from shampoos to towels and kitchen appliances. The location was very nice as well as it was nice and quiet in the apartment yet it was close to everything necessary. Highly recommend
What could be improved: Only minuses were that there wasn’t a microwave and clothes washer but those you can live without on a short stayKaira from Estonia – 27 April 2024 (10/10)
Nice and clean apartment, good worth for the price.
