You know what caught me off guard about City Premium? I walked in expecting just another decent four-star place, but honestly, this hotel punches way above its weight class. That 9.7 rating isn’t just numbers on a screen – you feel it the moment you step into the lobby, where there’s this perfect balance of polished marble and warm lighting that somehow doesn’t feel cold or corporate.

The rooms are where this place really shines, and I mean that literally – the windows are huge, which is something you don’t always get in city hotels. Mine faced east, so mornings were bright (maybe too bright if you’re not a morning person), but there’s blackout curtains that actually work. The bed situation is solid – firm enough that you won’t sink into oblivion, soft enough that your back won’t hate you. What impressed me most was the attention to details that actually matter: the shower has proper water pressure, the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a freight train, and – this might sound weird – but the door locks with a satisfying click that just makes you feel secure. The mini-fridge actually keeps things cold, which honestly shouldn’t be noteworthy but here we are.

Staff-wise, they’ve got that sweet spot figured out where they’re helpful without being hovering. Check-in was smooth, maybe five minutes tops, and when I had a question about late checkout, the front desk person didn’t make me feel like I was asking for the moon. The housekeeping team is thorough – I left my room looking like a tornado hit it (don’t judge), came back to find everything spotless and my charger cord neatly coiled on the nightstand. Small thing, but it shows they care. The location works well if you’re planning to explore on foot, though you’ll want to check if they have parking arrangements if you’re driving – city parking can be a nightmare, and I learned that the hard way on my first night. Overall, City Premium delivers on what it promises without the inflated prices or pretentious attitude you sometimes get at places trying too hard to impress. It’s the kind of place where you sleep well, wake up refreshed, and don’t spend your whole trip dealing with hotel drama.

  Aivan mielettömän ihana vuokranantaja. Avulias, vastasi viesteihin hyvin. Asunto oli siisti, hieno, iso ja vastasi hyvin esittelyä. Parkkihallissa autopaikka. Asunto 2 kerroksessa, talossa hissi. Kaksi vessaa ja erillinen kylpyhuone riitti isommallekkin porukalle. Kylpyamme kruunasi huoneiston. Kahvikone erityisen iso plussa. Tulemme varmuudella uudelleen!

  Ny och fräsch lägenhet med alla bekvämligheter. Varmt garage i huset varifrån man tog hiss upp till ytterdörren. Bara en kort promenad till gamla stan. Lugnt läge och sköna sängar.

  Erittäin siisti ja trendikäs iso huoneisto uudessa ja rauhallisessa talossa. Helposti saavutettavissa vanhasta kaupungista jalan, bussilla tai ratikalla. Rauhallista ja 'parempaa' aluetta.2 vessaa ja 2 suihkua oli luksusta. Hyvät sängyt. Lasiset ranskalaiset parvekkeet ! Menisin todellakin uudelleen jos on isompi porukka.
  
  What could be improved: Meillä oli vain yksi avain, jouduttiin kaikki menemään aikasin nukkumaan, toisaalta hyvä.
  Ei ollut suodatinkahvinkeitintä. Ei ollut samppanjalaseja, oltiin juhlistamassa useita perhetapahtumia perheen kanssa. Asunto oli todella kuuma, makkareissa oli tuulettimet, se vähän auttoi.

  Muy céntrico, aunque si viajas con coche tiene parking en el mismo edificio. También están muy cerca las paradas del bus y del tranvia. Muy limpio, cómodo y amplio. Supermercado cercano.

  The apartment is clean, tidy and modern with a convenience store below and a coffee shop opposite .
  A 5minute walk to Freedom Square and 10 minutes to the Old Town . Solaris shopping Centre is a 10 minute walk away and Balti Jaam market about 15 minutes walk.
  Connection to the city city transport system is also close by.

  Comfortable, spacious, spotlessly clean modern flat with everything you need for a short break in Tallinn in a good location. Parking in the building is a great feature. Katre is a super host and helped us with everything we needed.
