What really caught me off guard was how thoughtfully everything’s set up. The apartments – and they really do feel like actual apartments, not hotel rooms pretending to be apartments – have these little touches that make you realize someone who actually travels put thought into this place. Proper kitchen setups where you can actually cook something more elaborate than instant noodles, decent-sized fridges, and honestly, the kind of lighting that doesn’t make you look like you’re dying when you’re trying to get ready in the morning. The whole building’s pretty quiet too, which is kind of amazing considering you’re right in the thick of things. I was there during what I’d guess was a pretty busy period, and even then, no weird hallway conversations at 2 AM or slamming doors.

Here’s the thing that really sells it for me though – the location is just smart. You can walk to pretty much everything you’d want to see in Tallinn’s old town (maybe 15 minutes if you’re taking your time), but you’re also right where all the good restaurants and newer spots are happening. There’s this whole area that locals actually hang out in, not just the tourist-heavy medieval center. And if you’re here for business, well, you’re basically in the middle of everything already. The staff seems to get that people staying here aren’t necessarily following the typical tourist playbook – they’ll point you toward places that aren’t in every guidebook, and they actually know their stuff about getting around the city. That 9.3 rating starts making sense when you realize it’s probably coming from people who’ve stayed in a lot of places and know the difference between genuine hospitality and going through the motions.

  Me and my small child, we were both very happy with apartment, everything was great. We did not see the owner, but he helped us out with some small things and some extras (he was nice to order for my child TV children cartoon package, which was not yet there). Apartment is, in my opinion, best located places in Tallinn city center, everything needed is just 10-15 minutes walk, also old town. I found the view from living room very nice at night. Our bed was very nice to sleep in. Kitschen was very well equipped and bathroom was great, also was there small washing machine, which we used many times, as we stayed 2 weeks. I was very happy with that place! Oh, and although it was near the most busiest street in Tallinn, it was sooo quiet, it was possible to open window, but also house itself was very quiet, you can barely hear neighbours (only short, when they are in corridor). So quiet place is hard to find!
