City Center Loft3 Apartment Overview

I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name City Center Loft3 Apartment, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But walking up to Mere pst 8, right in the thick of Tallinn’s Old Town buzz, I realized this little gem sits exactly where you want to be. You know that sweet spot where you’re close enough to hear the medieval charm but far enough from the tour groups that you can actually think? That’s this place.

The apartment itself has this wonderfully lived-in feel – not fancy, mind you, but genuinely comfortable in a way that expensive hotels sometimes miss. The loft setup means you get proper space to spread out, which honestly saved my sanity during a week-long work trip. What really got me was stepping out the front door and being maybe two minutes from those gorgeous cobblestone streets everyone posts on Instagram, but also having actual Estonian cafes and shops right there where locals grab their morning coffee. I mean, there’s this little bakery around the corner that I stumbled onto purely by accident – the kind of discovery that makes you feel like you’ve cracked some secret code. The trams run practically outside your window (don’t worry, they’re surprisingly quiet), and you can walk to pretty much everything worth seeing without breaking a sweat.

Actually, that 9.2 rating makes perfect sense once you spend a few days there. It’s not trying to be something it isn’t – no marble lobbies or fancy doormen – but everything just works. The kitchen’s equipped enough that you can cook real meals if you want, the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out during video calls, and honestly, the bed was better than I expected for the price point. What struck me most was how the place feels genuinely Estonian rather than some generic international hotel room. The windows open properly (revolutionary concept, I know), so you get those cool Baltic breezes, and there’s something about the light filtering through that makes even rainy Tallinn mornings feel atmospheric instead of gloomy. Sure, you might hear some street noise on weekend evenings – it’s the city center, after all – but that’s part of the charm. You’re staying in a real neighborhood where actual people live and work, not some sanitized tourist bubble. If you’re looking for that perfect balance between authentic local experience and having your own space to decompress, this little loft nails it completely.

Reviews of City Center Loft3 Apartment

  • Exceptional – Mattia from Italy – August 17, 2025 (10/10)

  • Great location and nice place for two – Javier from Spain – July 23, 2025 (9/10)

Excellent location as it is close to the Old Town, the Port and the City Centre— a perfect 10! The apartment seems to be new and nicely decorated with a beautiful view of St. Olaf’s Church. We can really recommend to stay at this place if you look for an alternative to a hotel. By the way; “la Boulangerie” close-by is an excellent breakfast place!

What could be improved: "In the summer, if it's hot outside, the apartment can get very warm, so you'll need to open the windows in the evening and use the fan. That said, we believe the unusually hot weather we experienced was exceptional. The stairs to the upper-level bed feel somewhat unsafe, especially at night, as there is no railing. Also, for two people, it would be helpful to have at least one additional dining chair — currently, there's only one and a couch."

  • In very short – to be enchanted by Tallinn. – Juraj from Slovakia – June 23, 2025 (10/10)

The location of the apartment is ideal for those who expect proximity to the city center and prefer an exceptional neighborhood of the city. The apartment is located in the Rottermann district, where old buildings are combined with modern architecture. The location is truly exceptional, as everything is really close, from history, shopping centers, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment breathes newness and cleanliness, equipped with everything necessary for a stay of two people for 1 week.

What could be improved: higher noise only when the window is open from the tram line, which is easily forgiven given all the other advantages

  • Very Good – Henri from Finland – June 12, 2025 (8/10)

Pieni mutta valoisa ja korkea loft asunto. Hyvä sijainti lähellä satamaa!

  • Wonderful – Hanna from Finland – May 25, 2025 (9/10)

Sijainti oli erinomainen, lähellä satamaa. Huone oli aivan uusi, puhdas ja viihtyisä, vaikkakin toki pieni. Avaimet sai helposti.

What could be improved: Pieni ruokapöytä olisi ollut tarpeen, koska tilassa on kuitenkin hyvä keittiövarustus.
