I mean, I’ve circled blocks for thirty minutes before just to end up paying twenty bucks for some sketchy lot three blocks away from my hotel. Here? You just pull right up. The building itself is nothing fancy from the outside – sort of that mid-century brick thing you see everywhere – but inside it’s been updated enough that you’re not dealing with wonky plumbing or outlets that don’t work (trust me, I’ve been there).

What really got me was how quiet it stays despite being right in the thick of things. The windows are actually decent quality, so even though there’s street life happening below, you can sleep without earplugs. The apartment has that lived-in feel that’s way better than sterile hotel rooms – real furniture, a kitchen you can actually use if you want to grab groceries instead of eating out every meal. And honestly, the location is pretty perfect if you want to walk to most of the main spots without dealing with the tourist crowds that cluster around the big chain hotels. There’s this little coffee place two doors down that locals hit up in the mornings, and you’re maybe a seven-minute walk from the main shopping district. The owner – or manager, I’m not sure which – was super responsive when I had questions about check-in, none of that automated runaround you get sometimes.

Here’s the thing though – it’s clearly popular, and I can see why. That 9.3 rating isn’t just people being generous; this place delivers on the basics really well. The free parking alone probably saves you fifty bucks over a few days, the location means you’re not burning money on rideshares, and you get actual space to spread out your stuff. It’s not luxury by any stretch, but it’s smart and practical, which honestly matters more when you’re trying to enjoy a city instead of just surviving your accommodations. If you’re the type who needs room service and a concierge, this probably isn’t your spot. But if you want a clean, comfortable base that doesn’t eat your budget and puts you right where you need to be? Yeah, I’d definitely stay here again.

  Everything! Parking is under the house and private – huge advantage!!
  all the apartment is new and fully equipped. everything you need is there. Ingrid( the host) is super nice and helpful.
  There is an elevator and no stairs at all, so if you have a lot of luggage it is very nice.
  apartment is spacious, new, clean and cozy. All furniture is new. there is a big closet in the bedroom. In the sitting room there is a big, opens to bed, Ikea couch(the good one). and the best part : there is a balcony that is closed with glass, so you can have your morning coffee there even if it is raining or windy :-)). not to mention perfect view from there.
  Location is very good. there is a marked not far from the apt. and also Stockman (supermarket and department store) 5-10 min walk. 20-25 min by foot to the old town, or there is a bus or tram within 5-7 min by foot. We used taxi as it is quite cheap in Tallinn- 4-6 euros from apartment to almost everywhere.
  Kitchen has everything you need to cook. All new and clean.
  if you are with children there is small playground in front of the building.
  We enjoyed our stay and would return if we visit Tallinn again. Perfect value for money.
