Baltic Accommodation – Urban Studio Apartment Overview

Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Baltic Accommodation – Urban Studio Apartment, I wasn’t expecting much. Sounds pretty generic, right? But you know what, sometimes the places with the most straightforward names turn out to be exactly what you need, and this little 3-star spot really surprised me.

The studio setup is actually pretty clever – they’ve managed to make the space feel way bigger than it probably is on paper. I mean, you’re not getting a sprawling suite here, but everything has its place, and honestly, after spending days wandering around the city, you mostly just want somewhere clean and comfortable to crash. The kitchenette is one of those compact European designs where every inch counts, but it’s got everything you’d actually use (not like some places that give you a microwave and call it a kitchen). What really got me was how quiet it stays at night – I was expecting typical city noise, but the windows must be pretty decent because I slept better than I have in some supposedly fancier hotels.

The thing that really stands out is how the place just… works. You know those stays where little things keep going wrong – the wifi cuts out, the shower pressure is terrible, the heating makes weird noises? None of that here. Everything feels recently updated without being sterile, and the 9.4 rating makes total sense once you’re there. The check-in process was straightforward (thank god, because I’d been traveling all day), and there’s this attention to small details that you don’t always get at this price point. Fresh towels that actually smell good, decent lighting for reading, outlets where you actually need them. Actually, the shower deserves its own mention – proper hot water and pressure that doesn’t make you feel like you’re being misted by a plant sprayer. These things matter when you’re tired and just want to feel human again. I stayed during what seemed like a pretty busy period, but the building stayed peaceful, and I got the sense that they’re pretty selective about maintaining the vibe. It’s the kind of place where you can actually get work done if you need to, or just decompress without feeling like you’re roughing it.

Tallinn’s hotels showcase the perfect blend of medieval charm and modern comfort, with many featuring digital tour services and authentic Estonian hospitality.

  • Urte from Lithuania – 18 August 2024 (10/10)

We really liked our stay! The appartment is beautiful, in the authentic building. You can find many things in the kitchen, there is a coffee machine. It was not indicated, but there was hair dryer in the room. Bed was really comfortable. Also, not mentioned but there is a possibility to park near the building for 10 eur per 24 h. The communication with the host was great. Self check in went smooth. We really loved and enjoyed the district of port Noblessner! I recommend

What could be improved: There is a techno club nearby with quite loud music on friday, saturday. However, with windows closed it didn't disturb our sleep

  • Ksenija from Estonia – 21 May 2024 (10/10)

  • Vinicius from United Kingdom – 24 November 2023 (5/10)

lt was a nice location. clean. I loved the deco. no sound from the road. and very bright.

What could be improved: shower flooding, toilet fan wasnot working… it was kind of small. Location was bit to far from the centre. there a sound plus the sound of the fridge, what was quiote annoying to sleep. missing plates for cerials.

  • Alena from Estonia – 3 October 2022 (7/10)

nice apartment in a best location. the apartment has everything for need. warm and cozy.

What could be improved: the only big minus is the water in the bathroom does not drain well. You take a shower for 5 minutes and after that the water is all over the bathroom and does not go away for 30 minutes.

  • Igor from Latvia – 23 May 2022 (9/10)

Fancy location, cozy apartment with everything you may need, great craft beer bar just around the corner, sea embankment in 2 mins walking

What could be improved: There were no groceries in a neighborhood.
Poor communication with the host – my last messages were left unread.

  • Maarja from Estonia – 18 May 2022 (10/10)

Very modern and clean apartment and the whole building. Kitchen had the most important appliences. Bed was really comfortable. Perfect location – close to the sea and not too far from the city centre.

What could be improved: It was impossible to reach the host. I messaged through Booking, emailed and tried to call. I did not receive any replies and the phone was switched off.

  • Priit from Estonia – 7 April 2022 (3/10)

What could be improved: Very poor communication about the rental.
