Honestly, when I first heard the name AirHome – Palm Tree Penthouse, I was expecting some basic apartment rental with maybe a sad potted palm in the corner. Boy, was I wrong. This place actually delivers on the penthouse promise – and that 9.1 rating isn’t just inflated vacation euphoria talking.

The moment you step inside, you get why they named it after palm trees. The views are ridiculous (in the best way), and there’s this whole tropical vibe that doesn’t feel forced or tacky. I mean, someone clearly put thought into the design instead of just throwing together whatever furniture was on clearance. The space feels genuinely luxurious without being stuffy – you know what I mean? Like you can actually relax and put your feet up without worrying about messing up some pristine show home. The kitchen is properly equipped too, which is refreshing since so many vacation rentals seem to think one dull knife and a broken coffee maker constitute “full amenities.” I actually ended up cooking a few meals here because the setup was so inviting.

What really impressed me though was the attention to detail. The lighting is spot-on for evening relaxation, the shower pressure is fantastic (seriously, why is this so rare?), and there’s enough storage space that you don’t have to live out of your suitcase the whole time. I’d honestly book this place again, which is saying something since I usually like to try somewhere new each trip.
