The moment you walk into these places, you realize they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between cozy and contemporary that so many hotels attempt but rarely achieve.

What really strikes you is how they’ve built the entire experience around those fireplaces – and I mean actually functional ones, not just decorative mantels. Each apartment has this beautiful central fireplace that becomes the natural gathering spot, whether you’re traveling with family or just want to curl up with a book after a long day exploring. The crackling sound and that warm glow honestly transforms the whole vibe of the space. During my stay, I found myself planning my evenings around lighting it up, which sounds silly but became this little ritual I actually looked forward to. The apartments themselves feel more like someone’s thoughtfully designed home than a typical hotel room – full kitchens that are actually equipped for real cooking, living areas with comfortable furniture that doesn’t look like it came from a hotel catalog, and bedrooms that manage to feel both spacious and intimate.

You know what really impressed me though? The attention to details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere, even temporarily. The Wi-Fi doesn’t mysteriously cut out every few hours, the shower pressure is phenomenal (seriously, after a string of disappointing hotel showers, this felt like a minor miracle), and there’s proper storage space so you can actually unpack and settle in. The kitchens come stocked with quality cookware and real plates – not those flimsy hotel dishes that make every meal feel temporary. I ended up cooking breakfast most mornings, something I rarely do when traveling, but the setup just invited it. The building itself stays surprisingly quiet too, which tells me they’ve thought about soundproofing between units. With a 9.0 rating, you’d expect something special, and honestly, they deliver on that expectation without feeling pretentious about it. It’s the kind of place where you find yourself wondering if you could extend your stay an extra night, not because there’s more to see necessarily, but because you’ve gotten comfortable in a way that doesn’t happen often when you’re away from home. For a 3-star property, they’re definitely punching above their weight.

  The apartment is in a great location with free parking on the street. It is spacious and well equipped, very clean as well! Easy to check in, and the hosts were kind and responsive!

  Große, moderne Wohnung in altem, schönen Holzhaus, wie sie typisch für dieses Viertel sind. Gemütliches Sofa, bequeme Stühle, großer Esstisch. Küchenzeile sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine etwas enge Wendeltreppe führt ins Souterrain. Dort befinden sich Schlafzimmer mit Kamin, eine geräumige Dusche, Sauna und ein seperates WC mit vorgelagertem Waschraum. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäscheständer stehen zur Verfügung. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir im Haus abstellen. Es ist trotz der Lage an der Straße relativ ruhig, vor allem nachts. Ein großer Supermarkt schräg gegenüber, viele Restaurants und die Markthallen am Bahnhof in der Nähe. Etwa 10 min zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin.

  What could be improved: Pastato išorė tik atvykus nuteikė ne kaip, bet viduje viskas labai tvarkinga. Nėra jokios informacijos kur rasti apartamentus, bet paskambinus šeimininkei, ji greitai mus pasitiko.

  Квартира уютная, оснащена всем необходимым, камин и сауна – приятное дополнение, расположена удобно: в 10 минутах пешком от вокзала, в округе много кафе и ресторанов, через дорогу в 100 метрах магазин суперRimi, центр и новые популярные районы поблизости. Идеально для проживания на 1-2 ночи.
  
  What could be improved: Сауна предоставляется за отдельную плату по договоренности с хозяевами. Не хватает полотенец для сауны. Душевая кабина немного подтекает.

  Sijainti oli loistava, julkinen liikenne toi viereen ja asunti aivan ihanan Telliskiven keskellä. Ruokakauppa ja ravintoloita ihan vieressä Hyväkuntoinen asunto, erittäin siisti. Hyvä varustelu ja kiva kun löytyi sokeria, suolaa ym. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde.
  
  What could be improved: Johtuen keskeisestä paikasta, liikenteen äänet kuuluu melko hyvin asuntoon, joten herkästi nukkuvien kannattaa varustautua korvatulpilla. Ei sovi liikuntarajoitteiselle portaiden takia.

  New apartment, full kitchen and bathroom equipment and many things that make your stay comfortable (even sauna for additional price). Free parking in front of the house, store across the street and many bars, caffe, restaurants a few steps from the apartments. Very good location (20 min to Maritime museum and harbour or Oldtown).
