I’ll be honest, Zair Apartments isn’t the kind of place that screams “luxury getaway” from the outside, but you know what? That’s exactly why I ended up loving it. It’s one of those understated gems that actually gets the basics right – and I mean really right. The 8.8 rating isn’t some inflated number; it’s earned through the kind of thoughtful touches that make you realize someone here actually cares about whether you sleep well.

The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious, which honestly caught me off guard given it’s a 3-star place. I had this corner unit that got morning light without being too bright, and the kitchen – well, it’s actually functional, not just for show. I mean, you can cook a proper meal here if you want to, though I’ll admit I mostly used it for coffee and late-night snacks. The beds are firm in that good way, not the “my back hurts” way, and the Wi-Fi works throughout the whole unit (tested it from the bathroom, don’t judge me). What really struck me was how quiet it gets at night. You’d think being in the city you’d hear traffic or neighbors, but the windows must be decent because I slept like a rock.

Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no long lines or complicated key card situations that never work properly. The staff actually seems to know the area too, which is rarer than it should be. When I asked about getting around, they gave me specific bus routes and mentioned which grocery store nearby stays open late, stuff like that. It’s those little details that tell you they’re not just going through the motions. The building itself has this lived-in feel that’s comfortable rather than sterile – think clean and well-maintained but not trying too hard to impress.
