Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of apartments in Tallinn over the years, but Your Dream Flat in the City Centre + Free Parking really surprised me – and honestly, that’s saying something for a place with such a cheesy name. The location on Kaarli puiestee is actually perfect (I mean, you’re literally a three-minute walk from Viru Keskus shopping center), but what really sold me was walking up to find they’d genuinely nailed the whole “feels like home but better” thing.

The apartment itself is spacious in that way that makes you forget you’re in a city center – you know how rare that is in Tallinn’s old town area. The kitchen actually has everything you need, not just the bare minimum most places throw in, and I spent way too many mornings making proper coffee while looking out at the tree-lined street below. The free parking thing isn’t just a marketing gimmick either; they’ve got a proper spot sorted, which honestly saves you about 15-20 euros a day if you’re driving around Estonia like I was. The whole setup feels more like borrowing a friend’s really nice place than staying in a rental, if that makes sense.

What I didn’t expect was how quiet it gets at night – Kaarli puiestee can be busy during the day with people heading to and from the port, but evenings are surprisingly peaceful. You’re close enough to walk to pretty much everything (Freedom Square is right there, Kadriorg Park is a lovely 15-minute stroll), but far enough from the tourist crowds that you won’t hear drunk groups singing at 2 AM. The hosts were actually helpful too, not in that overly chatty way that makes you uncomfortable, but they clearly know the neighborhood and left some genuinely useful local recommendations. I mean, a 9.6 rating doesn’t happen by accident – this place just works on all the levels that matter when you want to explore Tallinn without feeling like you’re camping out in someone’s spare room.

  Host Margus was very helpful and prompt with responses. Pick up from airport was great and appreciated.
  
  Apt was spacious, comfortable and clean. Require more linen – towels and pillows. Only one set provided. Bathroom can be an issue as no shower tray so whole floor area gets wet and can be a slip hazard.
  
  Great location near the old Town and right opposite historical Charles church – lovely view from apt. Supermarket about 10 minute walk. We had a pleasant stay and can recommend.
  
  What could be improved: Beautiful view. Spacious. Well equipped but no microwave.

  EVERYTHING was excellent! The title corresponds perfectly with reality! The apartment is spacious, very clean and in a great location, next to the historical centre. The view from the spacious balcony is fantastic! There was everything mentioned in the facilities. The owner is very kind and helpful and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a soft drink for our son! Incredible hospitality! THANK YOU so much! 👏👏👏

  An excellent place to stay in Tallinn, with a short walk to the old town and a lovely view of a church out the giant windows (though I never was bothered by the bells or the noise from the road). Margus was friendly and flexible with my arrival, while the parking was easy to get to. It looked just like the photos, except the TV has been upgraded! Everything was very clean when I visited.
  
  What could be improved: As others have mentioned, water from the shower isn't kept in the bottom of the doors, but this seems like a normal design in Estonia.
