Walking up to the place, it’s got that understated European vibe – nothing flashy, just solid and welcoming in a way that makes you think the owners actually care about what they’re doing. The check-in was refreshingly smooth, no weird hidden fees or awkward upselling attempts. What really struck me was how the staff seemed to genuinely know their stuff about the area. They weren’t just reciting rehearsed scripts, you know? When I asked about getting around, they mentioned specific bus stops and even warned me about construction on one of the main roads that week – the kind of current, practical info you’d get from a friend.

The room itself was honestly better than I expected for the price point. Sure, it’s not going to blow you away with luxury touches, but everything worked properly (which, let’s be real, isn’t always a given). The bed was actually comfortable – not too soft, not like sleeping on concrete. And here’s a small thing that made a difference: proper blackout curtains. I’m one of those people who needs it dark to sleep well, and too many places cheap out on window treatments. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with decent water pressure and hot water that didn’t take forever to kick in.

What I really appreciated was the quietness at night. Even though it’s not in some remote location, the building itself seems well-insulated from street noise. I slept better there than I have at places costing twice as much. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where you can grab actual groceries nearby instead of just tourist trap convenience stores. There’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that locals actually frequent too.

Honestly, this is the kind of place I’d book again without hesitation – it delivers exactly what it promises without any pretense. Sometimes the best travel experiences come from spots that aren’t trying too hard to impress, they’re just focused on doing the basics really well. That 9.1 rating? Yeah, it’s earned.

  The apartment was new and clean. Host was quick to reply and gave instructions for self check-in early and clear instructions. Small kitchen but had almost everything we needed (only micro was missing, but had a stove at least)
  Location was great for us. Not right in the city but not too far either. Kristiine mall and Ulemiste mall were both about 2-3 km away. Also many foodplaces with same distance. Bus stop almost right infront of the house, if not have car. For car had parking places inside of the gate which was nice.
  Our experience was good and sure will check this place again when we visit Tallinn next time
  
  What could be improved: The room was too hot for us and there is only a very small window that didn't help for cool the rooms. There was regulators for set the temperature, but we didn't understand how to use them and didn't see any instructions either. But this would have been probably solved with the host (we just realized this in the middle of the night). And there is no tv.

  Ideal location, only 1 bus ride from city centre. Very spacious and easily fitted 2 adults and 2 children. Very quiet area.
  
  What could be improved: If the windows were open you can hear a lot of road noise. If big cars or trucks drove past it would shake the wardrobes. If the windows are open you hear the beeping of the traffic lights all night which was a bit of a problem as it was very hot being on the top floor

  Apartments are located 15 min. by walk away from the town center, has a private car parking, comfortable matrace to sleep, a dish washer and a washing mashine are on site – all what you need for a familly hollliday.
