What really struck me is how they’ve managed to capture that perfect balance between home and hotel. The residences (and I mean, they really do feel like residences) have these fully equipped kitchenettes that aren’t just for show – you know how some places give you a mini-fridge and call it a kitchen? Not here. I actually found myself cooking breakfast a few mornings because the setup was so inviting. The rooms have this contemporary Estonian design thing going on, lots of clean lines and blonde wood, but it never feels cold or sterile. There’s something about the lighting – maybe it’s those floor-to-ceiling windows – that makes everything feel warm and lived-in.

Location-wise, you’re right in Ülemiste City, which is basically Tallinn’s answer to a modern business district, but don’t let that scare you off if you’re not here for work. I mean, yes, there are plenty of glass office buildings around, but there’s also this energy here that I didn’t expect. You’re literally minutes from the airport (which is incredibly convenient if you have an early flight), but you’re also surprisingly close to some great local spots. The staff – and this is where that 8.8 rating really shows – genuinely seem to know the area. They pointed me toward this little Estonian place for dinner that I never would have found on my own, tucked away in what looked like just another office complex. The check-in process was smooth as anything, no waiting around or complicated procedures, just the kind of efficiency that makes you appreciate good hospitality. Parking was straightforward too, which honestly can be a nightmare in some parts of Tallinn. The whole experience felt effortless in a way that’s pretty rare – like someone actually thought through what travelers need instead of just checking boxes on some corporate hospitality list.

Hotel in Tallinn booking should be done early, especially during White Nights season when the city hosts internationally acclaimed cultural and technology events.

  A true smart house! Very clean, neat and modern apartment. There is an airport right next to it, you can see the planes coming and going, but you can't hear them. Everything needed for a shorter or longer stay. At first we had some issues finding the right building, but the owner was one phone call away and helpfull. But I've added a photo of the right entrance so it's easier to find the place
