The second smaller one catches different light throughout the day – I found myself migrating between them depending on whether I wanted morning sun or that golden afternoon glow. Being on the top floor means you actually get views over the red tile roofs instead of staring into someone else’s kitchen window, which… well, you know how that usually goes in Old Town apartments. The space itself has that satisfying weight of old building character – thick walls that actually keep street noise down (crucial when you’re this central), but updated enough that everything works properly. I mean, the shower pressure was better than my place back home, and the kitchen had proper counter space, not some cramped afterthought.

What really sealed it for me was the location intelligence – you’re a two-minute stumble from Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, but far enough up the hill that you skip the worst of the cruise ship crowds that flood the lower squares during peak season. Parking’s tricky like anywhere in Old Town (honestly, just use the Nunne street garage and walk), but you can reach Raekoja plats in about three minutes, or head the other way toward Kadriorg when you need a break from medieval everything. The building’s entrance is typical old Tallinn – you’ll feel like you’re sneaking into some secret residence – and check-in was refreshingly straightforward. I stayed in late September and the place stayed cozy even when evening temperatures dropped, though I imagine those balconies are absolutely perfect during white nights season. It’s not luxury resort fancy, but it’s got that rare thing where everything feels intentional and well-maintained rather than thrown together for tourists. For the rating it pulls (9.2 sounds about right), you’re getting genuine Old Town living with the perks of actually decent amenities and those killer balcony moments that make you want to extend your stay.

  The location was amazing – just a few minutes walk to most of the sights in Old Town. It was super comfortable and we loved the two balconies. We had a small problem with the lock on the apartment door but Aire, who manages the property, was fantastic and had a new lock sorted out with an hour of us calling her – she was amazing!

  Well appointed, clean and spacious apartment in the Old Town. Views from the balconies were great. The bedroom in the attic was huge and comfortable. Location was perfect for exploring Tallinn. Bowl of Estonian sweets was a thoughtful treat. Highly recommended.

  The apartment was very cozy and clean, with an amazingly convenient location, adjacent to the Christmas market. We walked almost everywhere except the airport to leave at the end of our trip.
  
  What could be improved: I liked the novelty of the stairs to the bedroom, but they were definitely tight and I bumped my head a few times coming down them!

  Everything was absolutely comfy and clean, the design of the apartment is really nice and the owner let us find a lot of items for every part of the house, the kitchen was really easy to use and really big with a beautiful balcony with a nice view ,the space in the bathroom was enough for a couple and the shower was even big enough,the living room was the best part of the house because it was really big and with a nice balcony with the view on the old Town, and in the upper Floor there was a beautiful room with a huge Wardrobe with everything you Need for bed and also with the view on Old Town.
  
  What could be improved: Just few things it's not good to be perfect, some Windows were Broken and the sofà bed in the living room was Broken as well so you can't open It .
