Tatari Apartment Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Tatari Apartment? It’s one of those places where the 3-star rating actually undersells what you’re getting. I mean, sure, it’s not going to blow you away with marble lobbies or anything fancy like that, but honestly – sometimes that’s exactly what you want.
The thing about this place is it feels like staying at a really well-organized friend’s apartment rather than some sterile hotel room. The space has this lived-in comfort that’s hard to fake, and I actually found myself hanging out there more than I expected instead of just using it as a crash pad. The kitchen setup is surprisingly functional too – not just one of those mini-fridges and a coffee maker situations, but actual counter space where you can spread out if you’re the type who likes picking up groceries and eating in sometimes. The 8.6 rating makes total sense when you spend a few days there because it’s all those little details that add up. Like, the wifi actually works properly (I know, revolutionary), and the water pressure in the shower is solid. The beds are comfortable without being too soft – you know how some places have those mattresses that feel like you’re sinking into quicksand? Not here.
What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even though you’re not stuck way out in the middle of nowhere. The neighborhood has this nice residential feel during the day, but you can still walk to restaurants and cafes without needing to plan some major expedition. Parking was straightforward too, which honestly can make or break a trip depending on what you’re used to. Check-in was refreshingly simple – none of that overly complicated key card system that never works when your hands are full of luggage. The staff seemed to actually know the area well, not just the tourist trap stuff but where locals go for good food or if you need practical things like a pharmacy or decent coffee early in the morning. I ended up chatting with them about the best walking routes, and they gave me directions that actually made sense instead of just pointing vaguely down the street. It’s the kind of place where you settle in quickly and don’t spend your whole stay figuring out how things work or wishing you’d booked somewhere else. For what you pay, you’re getting way more space and comfort than you’d find at some generic chain hotel, plus that apartment-style setup means you’re not totally dependent on restaurants for every meal if you don’t want to be.

Reviews of Tatari Apartment
Paweł from Poland – 14 September 2024 (9/10)
Almost everything.
What could be improved: Someone appearing outside the door at 11:40 and urging us to leave. The check out was at 12:00, and i believe it is a matter of good manners to appear rather 20 minutes after the scheduled check out time, and not 20 minutes before.Samuel from United Kingdom – 28 August 2024 (8/10)
Great amount of space for 4. Good location. Sofa bed was really comfortable.
What could be improved: The fridge had an unpleasant spell which meant we didn’t use it.Dita from Latvia – 13 August 2024 (9/10)
Very spacious apartment, cozy and bright. There was everything needed to cook breakfast and dinner. Towels, bed linen clean and not woven. 10 min walk from the Old Town. We will definitely be back

Wosch from Austria – 16 August 2023 (9/10)
Very close to city center, airbus bus 10 min walk, comparatively affordable (Tallinn is expensive), key safe, clean, calm yard
What could be improved: Responding time could be a little bit faster, a little upgrade for the shower would be useful (glass wall for the water)Lina from Lithuania – 18 February 2023 (9/10)
