What really got me though was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between luxury and livability. The kitchen is actually functional (I made proper breakfasts, not just instant coffee), the living spaces don’t feel staged like a furniture showroom, and honestly, the whole place just works. The rating of 9.8 makes total sense once you’re there – it’s those little details that add up, like having enough outlets where you actually need them, proper lighting for reading, and windows that actually open properly (you’d be surprised how many places mess this up).   Location was better than I expected, I didn't realize it was so close to old town market square.
  Check in worked great, owner was waiting for us outside when we arrived. Apartment was nicely renovated and the house was very quiet, soundproof was good.
  Also the door that leads downstairs stops all the noise from upstairs.. Very quiet area.
  Sauna also worked nicely and was easy to use.
  
  What could be improved: Sadly a neighbour had almost burned down the whole house so the entrance hall smelled really bad because of the smoke and some of the smell got to the apartment also. But that was just unlucky situation.
  Apartment had an espresso maker, us Finns do like our filtered coffee so a "normal" coffee maker could be a nice bonus if there are many Finnish visitors. Also kitchen could do with a pair on scissors 🙂 but these are very small minuses.
