Tallinn City Center apartment NEW2022 Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first saw the listing for Tallinn City Center apartment NEW2022, I was a bit skeptical about the name. I mean, it sounds pretty generic, right? But after staying there last month, I get why they went with something so straightforward. This place really is exactly what it says: a brand-new apartment right in the thick of things on Lüüsi Street, and honestly, the location couldn’t be better if you tried.
The moment you step out the door, you’re basically in medieval fairytale land – I’m talking about a two-minute walk to Town Hall Square, where you can grab that famous cinnamon from the Christmas market (even in summer, trust me, there’s always something happening there). What I loved most was how quiet it actually gets at night, despite being so central. Lüüsi is one of those cobblestone streets that feels residential but puts you within stumbling distance of every restaurant and bar worth visiting. The apartment itself feels genuinely new – not just “we threw some fresh paint on old furniture” new, but actually thoughtfully designed. The kitchen had everything I needed, including a proper coffee setup, which… you know what, that matters more than you think when you’re dealing with Estonian morning temperatures.
Here’s something the photos don’t really show you: the first floor location is perfect because you avoid the inevitable cobblestone-rolling-suitcase nightmare (anyone who’s dragged luggage through Old Town knows exactly what I’m talking about), but you’re still high enough that you don’t get the street-level noise. The 9.4 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s those little details that add up. The shower pressure was actually decent, the WiFi worked flawlessly for my work calls, and the check-in process was refreshingly simple. I stayed during shoulder season in April, and while the Old Town was busy during the day with tour groups, evenings felt perfectly local. You’ll want to grab groceries at the Rimi that’s about a five-minute walk away, and if you’re into craft beer, there’s this little spot called Hell Hunt just around the corner that locals actually frequent. The only minor thing – and this is really nitpicking – is that the morning light comes in pretty bright from the east-facing windows, so pack an eye mask if you’re sensitive to that sort of thing. But honestly, when you’re staying somewhere this well-located and thoughtfully put together, that’s barely worth mentioning.
Apartments in Tallinn provide travelers with authentic local experiences, allowing them to explore traditional Estonian markets and cook with fresh Nordic specialties.

Reviews of Tallinn City Center apartment NEW2022
Exceptional – Daniel from Romania – May 22, 2025 (10/10)
Conditions are excellent, there is everything you need even for a longer stay, mine was 5 days long. The location is also very good, very close to the ferry terminals and also not far from the old town. The surrounding area is also quiet and there are also quite a few supermarkets close by.
Perfect – Vytautas from Lithuania – April 13, 2025 (10/10)

Everything in the apartment is really nice and perfect. Starting from the location, neighborhood and inside the property. Cosy, well managed and super helpful. Apartment have everything you might need. You are treated like a family. No better place in Tallinn
Exceptional – Liina from Czech Republic – July 6, 2023 (10/10)
There was everything at the Lüüsi street flat, for example a washing machine, clothes drying rack, 2 cupboards to hang clothes, hangers for clothes, well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a big fridge, a dish washing machine, a kettle, a microwave and lots of dishes, pots and pans. Very clever way to get the key to the room: a small box outside of the flat with a number code. The location of the Lüüsi street is in a quiet neighborhood, windows to the inner courtyard where they have a playground for kids. At the same time it's only a 10 min walk to the city centre through not a very busy area. The bus and tram stop are also closeby. One can take public transport either to the center or to Kadriorg/Pirita. It is a 10 min walk to a nice seaside Reidi tee area with promenades, playgrounds for kids and a beach but that beach is dirty. Better to go to a beach in Pirita.
What could be improved: The windows were straight to the courtyard and very low so it was important to always clothes the windows when leaving the flat. It was not possible to leave the windows on ventilation mode. And in the corridor there was a display for the door bell that we had to pay attention not to break with corridor cupboard sliding door. The door would slide straight into it otherwise.Nice apartment close to Tallinn Ferry port and Tallinn Old Town. – Jodi from United Kingdom – May 20, 2023 (9/10)

What could be improved: everything was great, just missing a toaster.Perfect and comfortable for our week long stay, was clean and cozy – good location! – Brianna from Estonia – February 3, 2023 (10/10)
The accommodation was clean and comfortable, in walking distance of the old town – instructions were easy to follow for check in/check out and we had everything we needed for the stay. Would stay again and recommend to others!
I would recommend, good value for the money, near the harbour and city centre. – Michaela from Czech Republic – May 21, 2024 (9/10)
Location near to the harbour (ferry to Helsinki) you can walk there. You can also walk to the city centre. There is a shopping mall nearby, which is opened until 9:00 p.m. every day.
Céntrico y tranquilo – Blai from Spain – June 17, 2025 (10/10)
What could be improved: Todo perfecto.Sehr zu empfehlen! – Manuela from Germany – April 4, 2025 (8/10)
