This is my second time staying at this place and the location is unbeatable!
Great Internet for work. Excellent communication with Host. Great and attentive service, quick replies.
We made an specific appliance request due to some special diet requirements and host helped us without issues.
Item was ready and available at our arrival, which was fantastic!
This place easily became our home away from home when we are in Tallinn.
What could be improved: Unfortunately there was an issue with the guest before us and host couldn't provide a second key in a such a short time. (It seems we arrived the same day they left and forgot to return one of the keys to the apartment). That was a bit of an inconvenience, since me and my co-worker had slight different schedules and had to handle it with only one key. Perfect location and very well equipped kitchen. You can stay easily with 3-4 people there. Check-in went smoothly.

Location superb for visiting old town & harbour area. Tram, rail & bus stations close by. Supermarkets 5mins walk. Food hall across road. Apartment spacious – good security & access arrangements from host excellent. Free, secure off road parking available.

Clean, warm, and modern apartment! Big TV, sauna, and big open plan with a really, really good location. I'm probably going to use this same place for the next time as I really fell in love with it.

– Excellent communication with Host. Detailed descriptions prior to arrival, process was seamless.
– The apartment is very well equipped, has everything needed for a long stay. Toaster, Oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, etc.
– Location is absolutely great! Across the street from Tallin's Train Station & Balti Jaam Turg (Great market – has everything) – Places to eat, fresh produce everyday, supermarket and thrift stores. Walking distance to Old Town and Telliskivi nightlife, can't beat it!
– Easily accessible by train/car/Bolt/scooters readily available at market. And a newly open liquor store at the corner of the building (Very convenient for a last-minute purchase).
– WiFi worked excellent! A must for work! TV/Streaming services were also excellent.
– Bathroom has heated floors, which was very pleasant, especially on cold days.
– Sauna was an amazing feature. Huge bathroom with both a tub and walk in shower. Nice water pressure!
Truly relaxing and a highlight of this property!
What could be improved: Those are NOT really CONS. More like reference information. I'd still recommend this place without a doubt.
– Apartment is on first floor, at the entrance of the building. During summer it gets hot, open windows means NO PRIVACY. And you can hear everyone In & Out of the building.
– It has good soundproof insulation, but not enough to silence the screaming kids playing on the patio and banging the door. (Of course host has no control over that, but during work meetings that was a huge inconvenience).
– Most of the blinds were not operational, had to manually adjust them to take advantage (or not) of daylight.
– Patio is not really "private". A table and some chairs in front of the apartment. Wasn't even sure if it belonged to the apartment, since had other people using it.
– There's no option for late check-out. Seems this apartment is high-demand, had another guest coming 2h after check-out at 12pm, so no extra time. Plan accordingly if you are flying way past this time.Margaret from United Kingdom – 10 June 2023 (9/10)
Very modern apartment, modern appliances and very secure. Nicely furnished and spacious. Loved the big bathroom!
What could be improved: Window blinds need some attention as we couldn’t close lounge ones at night or open bedroom one during the day.

Really easy to communicate with owner. Clear instructions for keys and access. Apartment was very well decorated and had every appliance necessary. Bonus to have a sauna too. Car parking space directly outside the apartment. Loads of space in apartment. Great value for money. Very central for daily walks into Old Town and just across the road from the modern Market. Perfect.
