During my stay, I found myself actually using it as a proper base rather than just a place to crash – there’s a decent kitchen setup if you want to hit up the Keskmarket and cook something, and the living area is comfortable enough that I ended up working from there a few mornings with coffee instead of hunting for a café.

The building itself has that slightly worn Eastern European charm (the stairwell won’t win any beauty contests), but once you’re inside the apartment, everything feels fresh and well-maintained. I appreciated the practical touches too – good WiFi, proper heating that you can actually control, and surprisingly effective blackout curtains that helped with those bright Baltic summer nights. Check-in was smooth with a lockbox system, though I’d recommend confirming the exact floor number beforehand since the building numbering is a bit confusing. Honestly, for the price point and location, this feels like one of those finds that makes you feel slightly smug about your booking skills. It’s not luxury, but it’s genuinely comfortable and perfectly positioned for exploring Tallinn without feeling like you’re staying in a tourist trap.
