  Huoneisto oli siisti, valoisa ja tilava, ja mukavan viileä. Siitä annamme täydet pisteet. Se oli myös melko hyvällä paikalla, ja kävelymatkan päässä satamasta. Myös liikenneyhteydet olivat hyvät.
  
  What could be improved: Makuuhuoneessa oli iso parisänky ja olohuoneessa vuodesohva. Koska EMME ole pariskunta ja olemme jo melko iäkkäitä, emme halua nukkua vierekkäin saman peiton alla. Vain makuuhuoneeseen oli pedattu parisänkyyn yksi lakana ja iso sängyn levyinen peitto. Mistään ei löytynyt lisää lakanoita tai vuodevaatteita, ei myöskään toista peittoa. Tarkoitus oli, että voisimme nukkua eri vuoteissa ja eri huoneissa. Juuri tämän takia varasimme tämän huoneiston. Ihminen tarvitsee myös hyvät yöunet. Tämä oli kyllä iso miinus.
  Suihkun jälkeen olisi myös kaivannut lattialle jotain pyyhettä tai vastaavaa ja jotain jolla olisi voinut kuivata lattian.
  Yhtään roskapussia ei löytynyt vaihtopussiksi täyttyneen ja (haisevan) tilalle.
  
  Mitään kirjallisia ohjeita laitteisiin ei löytynyt.
  
  Vaikka huoneisto on ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, sinne noustaan silti jokunen askelma. Käytävässä ei ollut lainkaan valoja tultaessa sisään ulko-ovesta. Yritimme katsoa, olisiko jossain katkaisijaa ja lamppua, mutta emme löytäneet.
  Sokkona on aika vaikea vanhemman ihmisen etenkin vieraassa paikassa nousta rappusia, joita ei näe. Iltahämärässä noin klo 21 aikoihin ei valoisuus enää yllä rappukäytävään. Tässä oli jo melkoinen vaaran paikka.
