What I really appreciated were the little touches that show someone who travels actually designed this place – decent lighting by the bed, enough outlets where you need them, and a kitchenette that’s small but functional if you want to grab groceries instead of eating out every meal.

The building feels solid and well-maintained, though I should mention the elevator is one of those older European-style ones that takes its sweet time. The 8.4 rating makes total sense to me – it’s not luxury by any means, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. Check-in was straightforward (they’ll send you codes ahead of time), and the whole experience just felt… reliable, I guess? Sometimes that’s exactly what you want when you’re trying to explore a new city without worrying about your accommodations. The location really is the star here – you can walk to restaurants, shops, and transit without that exhausting tourist march through busy streets, but when you come back at the end of the day, it feels like stepping into a quiet pocket away from all that energy.

  Sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, flottes Antworten auf Fragen und mega unkompliziert. Die Lage ist super. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Ebenso ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
  
  What could be improved: Hier und da war es nicht wirklich sauber z.B. die Schränke verschmiert und man merkt das einige Kleinigkeiten zu renovieren sind. All in all hats es schon gepasst da man sich eh die Stadt anschaut. Der Gastgeber ist super hilfsbereit und erreichbar.

  Location perfect, room had everything we needed. Price was exellent. Big fridge and even a little freecerbox inside. 4 ladys had plenty of space. Thank you.
  
  What could be improved: Room was wery hot to sleep. (Midsummer) Airconditioner or even fan would be nice. But I will absolutely recommend this apartamentos to all my friends from fall to spring.

  Läget väldigt bra. Lugnt och nära till gamla stan. Ett plus är att lägenheten är utrustad med tvättmaskin. Hyresvärden var också väldigt behjälplig med information om hur man kommer in i lägenheten.
  
  What could be improved: Det behövs mer köksutrustning så att det går att laga frukost, lunch och middag. Även en kaffebryggare saknas. Duschkabinen behöver också en renovering.

  Gute Lage und Preis Leistung war in Ordnung. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Einfacher Check-In und -Out.
  
  What could be improved: Die Wohnung war schwierig zu finden und etwas heruntergekommen. Die Betten und das Sofa waren mäßig bequem. Zudem hatte der Duschkopf keinen Aufhänger und die Dusche war undicht. Auch die Küchenausstattung könnte mal erneuert werden. Modriger Geruch.

  Location is perfect for the port and old town. Everything is within walking distance. Big bright apartment.
  
  What could be improved: There was an old musky smell in the apartment. The shower wasn’t sealed properly so the floor would get wet. I would suggest getting a shower hook to hold it against the wall.

  Die Lage war perfekt, mitten im Zentrum und gleich wurden wirklich sehr ruhig. Es gab ein freundliches Entgegenkommen beim Vermieter hinsichtlich des Eincheckens. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig. Warmes Wasser beim Duschen und starkes Internet.
  
  What could be improved: Ich habe eine Kaffeemaschine oder zumindest einen Kaffeefilter vermisst.
