The location is honestly perfect — I mean, you’re right on Roosikrantsi Street in the heart of Tallinn’s Old Town, but somehow it doesn’t feel touristy or chaotic. When I first walked up to the building, I was expecting another generic apartment hotel, but there’s something refreshingly straightforward about the place that actually works in its favor.

The apartments themselves are exactly what you’d want if you’re planning to stay more than a couple nights. Mine had this really functional kitchen setup (which, let’s be honest, saves you a fortune when you’re traveling in Estonia), and the living space felt genuinely livable rather than hotel-sterile. The windows are decent-sized too, so you get proper natural light during those surprisingly long summer days. What I really appreciated was the little things — like having actual counter space to spread out your stuff, and a washing machine that doesn’t require a PhD to operate. The 4-star rating feels about right; it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything works and feels clean and modern.

Here’s the thing about the location that the booking sites don’t really capture — you’re literally a 3-minute walk from Freedom Square, which means you can easily explore the medieval Old Town on foot, but you can also grab groceries at the Rimi just down the street when you need actual food. I stayed there during shoulder season in September, and honestly, the neighborhood had this perfect balance where you felt connected to the city but could escape the tour groups pretty easily. The trams run right nearby if you want to venture out to Kadriorg Park or the coast, and parking (if you’re driving) isn’t the nightmare it can be in other parts of the city center. The 8.2 rating seems fair — it’s solidly good without being spectacular, which is sometimes exactly what you need when you want a comfortable base rather than a destination hotel.

Hotels in Tallinn offer visitors the opportunity to stay in the heart of this Baltic jewel, with easy access to museums, medieval towers, and startup districts.
