Seebi-apartment Overview

You know what struck me first about Seebi-apartment? It’s tucked away on this quiet residential street in Kristiine where you can actually hear yourself think – which is honestly refreshing after dealing with the bustle of Tallinn’s Old Town. I mean, don’t get me wrong, the medieval charm is lovely, but sometimes you just want to crash somewhere that feels more like a neighborhood than a tourist attraction.

The building itself has that clean, Nordic simplicity that Estonia does so well – sort of understated but comfortable in a way that grows on you. Inside, the apartment feels genuinely livable rather than hotel-sterile, if that makes sense. The kitchen actually has proper utensils (not those flimsy things some places give you), and there’s enough counter space to spread out if you’re the type who likes to grab groceries from the nearby Rimi and cook a proper meal. Speaking of which, that supermarket is maybe a five-minute walk, along with a handful of local cafes that the tourists haven’t really discovered yet. The whole Kristiine area is like that – it’s where actual Tallinn residents live their lives, so you get a feel for the city beyond the postcard shots.

What really sold me on the place, though, was how easy everything was. Parking isn’t the nightmare it can be in other parts of the city, and you’re still only about fifteen minutes from the main sights when you want them. The tram connections are solid – locals will tell you the Kristiine stop is one of the more reliable ones, and honestly, riding Tallinn’s trams feels like a mini-adventure anyway. The apartment itself stays surprisingly quiet considering it’s right in the city; I think the residential nature of Seebi tänav helps with that. You might catch some morning sounds from neighbors heading to work, but nothing that’ll keep you up at night. The whole setup just works – decent Wi-Fi for sorting out your day’s plans, proper heating (which matters more than you’d think during those Baltic winters), and enough space that you don’t feel cramped even if you’re staying for more than just a quick weekend. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in and actually relax instead of feeling like you’re camping out in someone else’s idea of what a traveler needs.

  • I loved that there was enough space to move around! – Kati from Estonia – July 15, 2025 (10/10)

Spacious and clean apartment, all the basic things are available. Very friendly and polite staff. The city center is quite close and also a grocery store with a wide assortment . It is very kind of the owner to provide free Netflix, grately appreciated. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, lots of green areas to see while jogging. I recommend it!

What could be improved: There was no dishwaher.

  • Very Good – Anu from Estonia – August 24, 2025 (8/10)

Korter on väga vaikne ja avar. Tasuta parkimine. Korteris oli olemas kõik vajalik, et süüa teha. Korterivaldaja vastas väga kiiresti ja oli sõbralik.

What could be improved: Lisa vooditeks olid täispuhutav madrats. Me ööbisime viiekesi.
