I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name Sea view 16 floor premium apartment, I was a bit skeptical. You know how these listings can oversell things, right? But stepping out onto that balcony on the 16th floor actually delivered on the promise. The ocean stretches out endlessly in front of you, and there’s something about being up that high that makes the whole coastline look different – you can see the curve of the bay and watch the fishing boats heading out in the early morning like little dots on the water.

The apartment itself feels more lived-in than hotel-sterile, which I mean in the best way possible. Someone clearly put thought into the layout – the kitchen actually has decent counter space (rare for these coastal rentals), and the living area opens right onto that balcony so you’re never really cut off from the view. The bed faces the windows too, so you wake up to blue sky and water. Fair warning though – if you’re sensitive to wind noise, bring earplugs. Being up on the 16th floor means you definitely hear the ocean breeze, especially at night. Some people find it soothing, but it took me a night to get used to it.

What really surprised me was how quiet it stays during the day despite being in what’s clearly a busy area – I could see plenty of activity down below, but the height gives you this nice buffer from street noise. The elevator can be slow during peak hours (I’m talking like a 5-minute wait sometimes), but honestly, after a day of exploring, I didn’t mind the brief pause before getting back to that view. The whole building feels well-maintained, and the other guests I ran into were pretty respectful. Check-in was straightforward enough, though definitely coordinate your arrival time because there’s no 24-hour front desk situation here. For a 3-star place, it punches way above its weight – that 9.3 rating isn’t just people being generous. Sometimes you find these gems that aren’t trying to be fancy, they’re just trying to give you exactly what you came for. In this case, that’s waking up 16 floors above the ocean and feeling like you’re floating above it all.

  Siisti, puhdas ja uusi asunto, jossa tarvittavat mukavuudet. Mukavat vuoteet ja lakanat sekä isot, paksut pyyhkeet. Korkealta mukava katsella maisemia. Lähellä kauppakeskus ja eläintarha. Helppo liikkua omalla autolla ja tutustua kaupunkiin. Parkkipaikka löytyi kadun varresta helposti (olisi ollut myös parkkihallin käyttömahdollisuus, mutta emme sitä käyttäneet kun vaikutti isolle autollemme ahtaalta).

  Uus ja kaasaegne puhas korter, 16. korruselt väga ilusa vaatega. Ideaalne näiteks Unibet Arena külastamiseks, kaubandkuskeskused 300m kaugusel. Tasuta parkimiskoht. Kõik vajalik korteris olemas- alustades külmkapiga (kus olid ka jääkuubikud) lõpetades kohvikapslitega. Võtmed kätte, arusaadav virtuaalne korteri tutvustus- pingevaba suhtlus. Kui kaasas ka lapsed, siis mänguasjad olemas ja telekamängud.
  Väljast tulev müra ei kostunud tuppa- rahulik.

  Väga ilus hubane korter. Korter on küll väike kuid kõik vajalik elamiseks on olemas. Kõik pisidetailid on läbimõeldud. Korter asub ilusas rajoonis, nii toidupoed kui ka suur kaubanduskeskus on kõrval. Oli võimalus kasutada ka parkimiskohta. Omanikuga oli väga meeldiv suhelda ka.

• Ihana ja moderni asunto. Todella nykyaikasta tekniikkaa ja kaikki toimi napeista ja käsiä heiluttamalla, mutta omistaja – Keidi from Finland (10/10)

  Asunto oli siisti ja moderni. Asunto sijaitsi korkealla kerroksessa. Parvekkeella oli ihana juoda iltateet. Ihana näkömä kaupungille kun on pimeetä🥰
