When I first stumbled upon Rotermann City Apartments Roseni, I honestly wasn't sure what to expect – I mean, the name sounds pretty formal, but the location in Tallinn's Rotermann Quarter immediately caught my attention.
When I first stumbled upon Rotermann City Apartments Roseni, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect – I mean, the name sounds pretty formal, but the location in Tallinn’s Rotermann Quarter immediately caught my attention. You know what’s great about this place? It sits right in this fascinating mix of old industrial buildings that have been transformed into this vibrant cultural district, and somehow these apartments manage to feel both modern and rooted in the neighborhood’s character.
The apartment I stayed in had this really nice balance – it felt like a proper home rather than just another sterile hotel room. The kitchen was actually functional (you’d be surprised how many places skimp on this), and I found myself making morning coffee while watching people walk through the cobblestone streets below. The windows are these large affairs that let in tons of light, which is especially nice during those short Nordic winter days. What struck me most was the attention to detail in the furnishings – nothing flashy, but everything felt considered and well-made. The bed was genuinely comfortable, and there’s something to be said for having space to spread out your stuff instead of living out of a suitcase.
Location-wise, you’re literally steps away from some of Tallinn’s best restaurants and galleries – the Rotermann Quarter has become this hub for creative types and foodies, and honestly, it’s one of those areas where you can just wander and discover things. The old town is an easy walk (maybe ten minutes if you’re not rushing), but you’re also close enough to the port area that getting around is pretty straightforward. I noticed the neighborhood gets lively in the evenings but settles down nicely by around 11 PM, so you’re not dealing with constant noise. Parking can be a bit tricky if you’re driving – there are spots nearby, but it’s one of those European city centers where walking or using public transport makes more sense. The 9.4 rating really shows in the little things: check-in was smooth, the WiFi actually worked well throughout the space, and when I had a minor question about the heating, someone got back to me within an hour. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re experiencing Tallinn as a local might, rather than just passing through as a tourist.
Travelers should reserve a hotel in Tallinn at least two months ahead for major events like music festivals, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near historic attractions.

Felt like home right away. Everything you need for everyday living, are there.
Well appointed, clean flat in a Great Location,.... but noise from bars detracts from the experience The flat was spotlessly clean. It has good facilities and is in a good location.
Moderni, hyvin varusteltu asunto mainiolla sijainnilla.
Wonderful Siisti hyvin varustettu asunto loisto sijainnilla. Kauniisti sisustettu todella viihtyisäksi. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Hiljainen kerrostalo, myös yöllä, ei liikenteen ääniä.
