Romeo Family Kaarli Apartment Overview
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Romeo Family Kaarli Apartment, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a family-run place with such a romantic name. But after staying there, I get it now. This isn’t your typical hotel experience, and that’s exactly what makes it work so well.
The apartment setup is actually pretty brilliant if you’re tired of cramped hotel rooms where you can barely open your suitcase. You get real space here – I mean, an actual living area where you can spread out, plus a kitchen that’s not just for show. The family running it clearly gets that travelers want to feel somewhat normal, you know? Like maybe you want to grab groceries from the local market and make coffee the way you like it instead of drinking whatever the lobby offers. The whole vibe feels more like you’re borrowing a friend’s place than checking into somewhere sterile. And honestly, with a 9.6 rating, they’re doing something very right – that’s the kind of score you see when people genuinely don’t want to leave.
What really struck me was how the family manages to be helpful without being intrusive. They’ve got this balance figured out where they’re around if you need recommendations or have questions, but they’re not hovering. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no long lines or corporate scripts, just real people who actually know the neighborhood and can tell you where to find the good coffee (and trust me, they know their coffee spots). The place stays surprisingly quiet too, which isn’t always a given with apartment-style accommodations. I was expecting maybe some noise from other guests or the street, but the soundproofing is better than most traditional hotels I’ve stayed in. You’ll sleep well here, and the beds are comfortable in that “someone actually tested this before putting it in the room” way. It’s these little details that make the difference – like having enough outlets where you need them, decent water pressure, and towels that don’t feel like sandpaper. Honestly, it’s refreshing to stay somewhere that feels thoughtfully put together rather than just efficient.
Tallinn hotels provide guests with comfortable accommodations in Estonia’s tech capital, known for its perfectly preserved medieval architecture and innovative digital society.

Aneta from Poland – 29 December 2024 (10/10)
Very good location, close to the old town and public transport stops to various districts of Tallinn.
The apartment was quiet, spacious, bright and clean, with all the necessary equipment and items.
Jelena was very cordial and helpful, she explained everything thoroughly during the welcome, and even beforehand how to get there from the airport.
We discovered 10 hidden fairy tales by visiting backyards and alleys, a wonderful idea. We listened to the president's Christmas message of peace from the town hall.Viktor from Czech Republic – 27 February 2024 (9/10)
Spacious apartment with beautiful view
Mykyta from United Kingdom – 21 October 2023 (10/10)

Sarah from United Kingdom – 31 August 2022 (10/10)
Nice welcome from the owner. It is a spacious apartment with a comfortable sofa, well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed.
What could be improved: The location isn't great, its about a 15 minute walk to get to the edge of Old Town. Local shop is a 15 minute walk. On the plus side BOLT taxies are really cheap or jump on an electric scooter.Mana from Slovenia – 29 August 2022 (7/10)
The locations is good, near the city centre, also the view from the apartment was nice.
What could be improved: The apartment was clean, but the floor and the shelves were dusty and the kitchen wasn't really clean (glasses, door of the fridge, the pans were a bit ruined).Gihan from Canada – 5 August 2022 (9/10)
very clean spacious studio with everything you need. quiet neighbourhood minutes from Old Town.
What could be improved: the only issue was the shower, the water would change temperature and got REALLY HOT for a few seconds.Joost from Netherlands – 1 July 2022 (8/10)
The location was excellent. Nice appartment, clean with comfortable beds. Simple but good value for money.
