The beds are these massive, cloud-like things that I’m pretty sure ruined regular mattresses for me forever. And the bathrooms – well, let’s just say the rainfall shower heads and heated floors make those chilly Baltic mornings much more bearable.

What really sets this place apart is how they handle the details without making a big show of it. The soundproofing is excellent (crucial in any city center), and I never once heard neighboring rooms or street noise, even during the weekend rush. The staff genuinely knows their stuff about the city – not just the obvious tourist spots but actual local recommendations. When I asked about where to find the best black bread, the front desk guy practically drew me a map to this little bakery that locals queue up at every morning. The Wi-Fi is rock solid throughout the building, which matters more than people admit. And parking? They’ve got a garage situation figured out, which if you’ve ever tried to park in Tallinn’s Old Town, you know is basically a miracle. The location puts you within easy walking distance of pretty much everything worth seeing, but you’re just far enough from the main tourist chaos that you can actually get some peace. Honestly, with that 9.7 rating, I was wondering if it could live up to the hype – but after three nights there, I get it. It’s one of those rare places that manages to feel both polished and genuine, which is exactly what you want when you’re exploring a city as beautiful and complex as Tallinn.

  This is ultimately the best place I've stayed at during about 5 years of travelling!
  The apartment has everything you need – coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine with a pod, hairdryer, etc., complementary tea and even welcoming delicious croissants!😍 There's a coffee machine in the hall (in case you don't have coffee to brew), where you can buy a cup of hot drink for only 1.50 €. Our apartment even had 2 huge TVs with lots of channels in English.
  There's a decent shop nearby where you can buy different things including cooked food.
  Everything (attractions) is in walkable distance from the apartment.
  The taxi from Terminal A (we arrived to Tallin by ferry) was only 8€. This is the price that Forus Takso has. The others were much more expensive, up to 25€.

  Every detail of the suites, from welcoming emails which clearly outline a seamless check in process, to the furnishings, the well-stocked kitchen has been beautifully thought out. Our suite was sparkling clean and up to date. We travel a lot and have agreed that we will seek out properties managed by the Revelton Group.

  I usually don't write review because of how picky I am but this one deserve one.
  The suite is cosy, well furnished and everything is foreseen (exemple : detergent for the washing machine + dishwasher, earplugs).
  The room is very well soundproofed, if it wasn't for the car in the parking I wouldn't know other people were there.
  The bed (the main one) was very comfortable, good pillows and nice linen.
  Everything you need to cook is there, there is also a big TV with a lot of channels (you probably didn't came for that but it's nice to have) and the couch was comfortable.
  The property is enclosed by a gate and the parking is inside of it, with CCTV.
  There is an automatic coffe machine in the hall.
  There is no reception but the staff is reachable via Whatsapp and are very reactive 24/7 from my experience.
  The location is perfect, 5 minutes walking from the old town.

  The overall stay was very nice and pleasant. They don't have reception however everything was arranged through WhatsApp contact very fast: than we need some sleepers or had other request answer was very prompt.
  Very comfortable to stay with family and kids. You have all the kitchen appliances available (including oil, salt&pepper, tea). Nice small playground for kids in hotel yard.

  Excellent appartment just 10 walk from Tallinn old town. Parking lot included in the price and secured exclusively for guests. There is even small kitchenette where one can cook or eat own breakfast. Definitely recommended!
