Reval Residences Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Reval Residences? The moment I walked into the lobby, it felt more like stepping into someone’s stylish apartment building than a typical hotel. I mean, with a 3-star rating, I wasn’t expecting anything too fancy, but this place has this understated charm that honestly surprised me – and that 8.9 guest rating suddenly made perfect sense.
The residences (and they really do feel like actual residences) have this lived-in comfort that’s hard to fake. My room had these little touches that made me think someone actually cared about the details – proper reading lights by the bed, enough outlets in useful places, and a coffee setup that didn’t make me want to immediately hunt down the nearest café. The bathroom was compact but smartly designed, with one of those rainfall showerheads that actually works properly. What I really appreciated was how quiet everything was; you’d think with “residences” in the name it might feel more communal or echoey, but the soundproofing is surprisingly solid.
Here’s the thing though – this isn’t the kind of place where you’re going to find a flashy lobby bar or concierge in a fancy uniform. It’s more about getting the fundamentals absolutely right. The staff genuinely seems to know what they’re doing, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward. I stayed during what seemed like a busy period, and everything still ran smoothly. The whole vibe is sort of like if a really organized friend let you crash at their place, except with daily housekeeping and proper Wi-Fi that doesn’t cut out every twenty minutes. Actually, the internet was fast enough that I could work from the room without wanting to throw my laptop out the window, which is more than I can say for some places that cost twice as much. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels genuine rather than trying too hard to impress, this place gets it right in a way that made me understand why people keep coming back.

Place is in amazing location! Near- a lot of shops and restaurants.
Flat – very cozy and clean.
Had an opportunity for late check out.
All in all – very good and recommend it! ❤️Matti from Finland – 14 March 2025 (9/10)
A big thank for the good and quick answers to a few questions we had.
Vija from Latvia – 4 March 2025 (9/10)
Very classy, tidy and cozy. A perfect location. Had everything you may need to stay for a few days (coffee, amazing tea, everything!!). Please give praise to the one who did the cleaning. And the check-in/out process was very convenient and interesting (the funny lock).
What could be improved: The bathroom was really cold and the lock of the entrance door was a bit tricky to open (but we got the knack of it).Grace from Taiwan – 2 March 2025 (9/10)
i like the wine they provided when check in, (but if Estonia wine would be good too.), the space, location and facilities are good.
What could be improved: the stairs are steep. and if we use more electricity at the same time, it would be black out.Edgars from Latvia – 23 February 2025 (9/10)
Very simple check-in, easy to find location (great directions on finding it from staff)
Generally very simple and question free experience.Carly from United Kingdom – 21 February 2025 (9/10)
We booked 2 apartments for our stay. They were absolutely spotless and so clean! They were really cosy, with great facilities; equipped kitchenette and good WiFi. The self check in was really easy. The apartment is in a great location, close to everything in the old town. We would definitely stay again.
Victoria from Finland – 10 February 2025 (9/10)
The location of the apartment is extremely convenient. It is on the border of old town and lively shopping district with malls and restaurants. The apartment itself has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
What could be improved: It is not a big problem, but we had only one set of keys and it was a bit difficult to separate the party as the key is needed for both coming to and leaving the apartment.Ingriin from Estonia – 5 February 2025 (9/10)
Comfortable room, amazing bed & bed sheets, amazing location, I booked a rate with a bottle of wine included which is an amazing touch

Amazing apartment! Clean, cozy, spacious & has everything you need. Even more beautiful in real life than in pictures. The location of the apartment is amazing. Communication with the owner was also amazing, as we had trouble finding the right entry to the building & they answered very fast!
We also had a bottle of wine waiting for us inside 🙂
Loved our stay & would stay here again for sure!!Inoko from Finland – 14 December 2024 (8/10)
What could be improved: Bathroom was very narrow and cold but otherwise it was very good stay! Thank you!
