The building itself has that weathered medieval charm that makes you feel like you’re staying in someone’s carefully restored family home rather than some sterile hotel room. The walls are thick enough that you won’t hear much street noise, which is honestly a godsend since those cobblestones can get pretty lively during summer evenings.

What really won me over was how thoughtfully everything’s set up inside. The apartment feels genuinely lived-in – comfortable furniture that’s actually comfortable (not just Instagram-pretty), a kitchen stocked with proper coffee and local touches that show someone cares about your experience. I spent way too much time just sitting by the windows watching locals navigate those impossibly narrow streets below. The host clearly knows what travelers actually need too – there’s decent WiFi, plenty of outlets where you’d expect them, and that rare luxury of enough hangers in the closet. Small things, but they add up when you’re trying to settle in somewhere for a few days. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward, none of that awkward key-handoff dance you sometimes get with apartment rentals.

Here’s the thing though – this isn’t going to work for everyone. If you need a 24-hour front desk or daily housekeeping, look elsewhere. But if you want to actually experience Tallinn like you’re staying with a friend who happens to live in a UNESCO World Heritage site, this is pretty much perfect. The location means you can explore the Old Town’s winding alleys on foot (seriously, everything worth seeing is within a 10-minute walk), then retreat to your own space when you need to decompress. And honestly? For a 3-star place with nearly perfect ratings, it delivers way beyond what you’d reasonably expect. Just book it already.

  So convenient and spacious. Everything in old Town is literally at your door step. 80 m of living space was great for four adults – parents and two adult children. If we needs any help it was at hand and prompt.
  
  What could be improved: If you forget to close the blinds everyone can see you . I awoke to a tourist bus load having their talk right at bedroom window – sound proof I didn’t hear them until I opened blinds

  Sijainti erinomainen lähellä Raatihuoneen toria Tallinnan vanhassa kaupungissa.
  
  What could be improved: Pieniä puutteita keittiön varusteissa. Ei ollut kunnollista leipäveistä eikä tavallisia veitsiä, vain pihviveitsiä! Olohuoneen televisio vanha ja erittäin pieni. Kadun äänet kuuluvat helposti sisälle.

  Very friendly owner, kindly solved miss communication. Location 10/10. Very spacious apartament. Everything close near, restaurants, city hall. Everything was walkable distance.
