Püha Vaimu külaliskorter Overview

First Impressions

Walking up to Püha Vaimu külaliskorter on Pühavaimu Street, you immediately know you’ve found something special. This four-star apartment sits right in the medieval heart of Tallinn, and I mean literally — you’re steps away from the cobblestone streets and ancient walls that make this city so captivating. The building itself has that understated Estonian charm, nothing flashy, but you can tell it’s been thoughtfully converted into guest accommodations.

The Perfect Location

Honestly, the location here is pretty much unbeatable — they’ve got a perfect 10.0 location score, and after staying here, I totally get why. You’re in Tallinn’s Old Town, which means you can walk to Toompea Castle, the Town Hall Square, and all those incredible medieval churches without breaking a sweat. What I really loved is how you’re tucked away on a quieter street, so you get that authentic old-town feeling without the constant tourist crowds right outside your window. The narrow cobblestone streets around here are exactly what you picture when you think of medieval Europe.

The Apartment Experience

The room itself feels more like staying in a local’s home than a typical hotel, which is exactly what makes this place work so well. You’ve got proper space to spread out, and the kitchen setup means you can actually prepare some meals if you want — though honestly, with all the amazing Estonian restaurants nearby, you might not use it much. The furnishings strike that nice balance between modern comfort and respecting the historic character of the building. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, nothing over-the-top, just thoughtful touches that make the space feel welcoming.

Practical Considerations

One thing to keep in mind — this is Old Town Tallinn, so don’t expect to pull up right to the front door. Parking is something you’ll need to figure out separately, but that’s pretty standard for this part of the city. The trade-off is absolutely worth it though, because you’re walking everywhere you want to go. The 8.7 guest rating really shows in the small details — everything works properly, the place is spotless, and you can tell they actually care about the guest experience rather than just going through the motions.

Why Guests Love It

What really sets this place apart is how it lets you live like a local while still having that hotel-quality service and cleanliness. Couples especially seem to love it here — there’s something romantic about staying in a historic apartment in one of Europe’s best-preserved medieval cities. You’re not just visiting Tallinn, you’re actually staying in the heart of it, hearing the church bells in the morning and watching the light change on those ancient stone walls throughout the day. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’ve discovered a secret, even though you’re right in the center of everything.

Tallinn’s apartments offer spacious accommodations with medieval charm, perfect for families wanting to experience daily life in this digitally advanced Baltic capital.

    Great location.
Shower room separate from toilet room.
Great option for large group but “bunk room” has no separation from living/kitchen area, so guests staying in that area should be aware that there isn’t a lot of privacy.
    Perfect for our family needs.
