Here’s the thing about this spot — couples give the location a perfect 10, and I totally get why. You can stumble out the door and be at Toompea Castle in about three minutes, or wander down to the Town Hall Square without breaking a sweat. What I love is that you’re close enough to everything touristy, but Sulevimägi itself isn’t overrun with souvenir shops and tour groups. There’s this little bakery just around the corner that locals actually use, and the morning coffee there beats anything you’ll find in the main square. The neighborhood strikes that perfect balance between accessibility and authenticity.

The Studio Space

The room itself is compact but thoughtfully designed — sort of like someone took a regular hotel room and actually considered how people live. There’s a proper kitchenette with everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the Rimi down the street, which is way cheaper than eating out every meal. The bed is comfortable enough that you won’t wake up feeling like you’ve been wrestling with medieval torture devices, and the bathroom has decent water pressure. Small victories like these matter when you’re traveling and want to feel at home.

Practical Details

The self check-in system might seem gimmicky, but it’s actually pretty liberating. No waiting around for reception hours, no awkward small talk when you roll in late after exploring Kadriorg Park. The WiFi works well enough for video calls back home, and there’s decent soundproofing considering you’re in a building that’s probably older than most countries. Parking can be tricky in Old Town — I’d recommend just walking everywhere or using the trams, which stop right nearby. This approach lets you experience the city on foot, which is really the best way to discover Tallinn.

  La cuarta planta del edificio tiene total privacidad y bonitas vistas. El apartamento está provisto de todo lo necesario (secador, lavadora, cocina bien equipada, productos de aseo, toallas, antifaz de noche, convertidores de corriente para los enchufes….) la situación es inmejorable así como la comodidad de la cama.

  Excellent location in the north of Tallinn's old town; well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and desk; lots of shelves and wardrobes; cool and spacious apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Lots of hair in the shower drain; fluffs of dog hair (?) on the floor; inconvenient request to empty the waste bin at check-out; no curtains or blinds (sunrise around 5am in July); uncomfortable pillows; mattress slipped off the bed; partially stained and worn-down furniture.

  Paikka oli kiva. Ihana kodikas asunto josta kivat näkymät kaupungin ylle.
  Siisteys oli ensiluokkaista.
  Myös yhteydenpito toimi erittäin nopeasti ja henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä.
  
  What could be improved: Asunnossa ei ollut ilmastointia ja näin kuumina päivinä siellä oli aika lämmin. Ikkunat oli kuitenkin avattavissa ja se helpotti.
  Tuuletin olisi myös helpottanut asiaa.

  Nice apartment in the heart of Tallin, in the old town. The apartment is modern and equipped with numerous facilities. Bed is comfortable. It's not equipped with air conditioning, but it's not very hot, even during summer. Note that the locker doors open in the opposite direction to standard; you need to turn left (thank you for placing arrows near the locker). Contact with the owner is very nice. If you come by car, use EuroPark app. Place is dog-friendly.
  
  What could be improved: There are no roller blinds in the windows – I consider this a major inconvenience that lowers the standard and makes it difficult to sleep. In Tallinn, dusk falls after midnight, there are white nights for some time – blinds are a necessary part of the apartment, especially if you plan to rest on vacation.

  Очень понравилось! Все продумано до мелочей! На кухне есть все для того, чтобы приготовить себе еду. Удобно, комфортно. Отличное расположение. Но если для кого то важно, то имейте в виду, что подниматься надо на последний этаж. Для нас это не было проблемой.
  Возможно вернёмся когда нибудь снова.

  Great host and great communication, allowing for a providential early check-in and a flawless check-in and check-out process. The location is perfect, close to everything in the Old Town. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant, home-like stay.
  
  What could be improved: The bed could be more comfortable. Some sort of system (tailored curtain?) could be installed to block light coming from the window on the roof at night and early morning.

  Tilava kattohuoneisto yksiö, jonka keittiö on hyvin varusteltu. Omistaja puhuu ihan OK Suomea. Sijainti vanhan kaupungin hiljaisessa nurkkauksessa, rauhallinen kadunpätkä. Vanhan kaupungin sataman puolella, lyhyt matka A-terminaaliin ja D-terminaaliin. Kommunikaatio toimi hyvin. Asunto oli erittäin siisti ja keittiö hyvin varusteltu. Avokeittiössä iso pöytä, jolla pystyi tekemään töitä. Asunnossa oli ulkoinen monitori, jota käytin kannettavan toisena monitorina (Miksi näitä ei ole joka asunnossa?). Kaikki oli kuten oli luvattu.
