The apartment lives up to its modern promise — clean lines, good lighting, and everything actually works (you know how that can be hit or miss in older European buildings). The kitchen is compact but functional, which matters if you want to grab groceries from the nearby Rimi and make breakfast instead of paying restaurant prices every morning. The room setup feels thoughtful rather than just thrown together, and there’s enough space that you’re not tripping over each other’s luggage. Plus, they’ve got free private parking on site, which honestly might be worth the price of admission alone if you’re driving in Tallinn.

Practical Perks

What I really appreciated were the little things that make a difference when you’re actually staying somewhere. The wifi works properly, the shower has decent water pressure, and the heating responds when you adjust it. There’s a good restaurant scene within walking distance — I particularly liked how easy it was to find both tourist-friendly spots and places where you’d see Estonian families having dinner. The building itself feels secure without being fortress-like, and the courtyard gives you a place to sit outside with coffee if the weather cooperates.

  What could be improved: Буду честен Так как сам всегда читаю отзывы перед тем как выбрать апартаменты или гостиницу. В целом всё неплохо. Чисто Но есть нюансы . Во первых ключ даётся толькт один , то есть перемещатся проживающие персоны должны вместе. Квартиры не обозначены номерами, когда вы приезжаете начинается квест ,, найди свою квартиру,, . Самое неприяное это отсутствие горячей воды. На сообщение хозяину о данной проблеме было предложено открыть кран:)
  Через сутки после ещё одного запроса о проблеме Вода появилась ,Но ночью пропала. С утра опять появилась . Ещё один минус это зимнее толстое обеяло в жаркое лето. В квартире очень жарко
  Маленький туалет Негде разместить пренадлежности .На втором же этаже туалет просторный . И очень не удобная кухня Очень маленькие ручки для открытия кухни ,что на столько не удобно ,что становится проблемой в использовании и приготовлении пищи

  Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet appartement. Honnêtement, il est difficile d’imaginer un endroit plus confortable. C’est rare de se retrouver quelque part et de se dire qu’on y est aussi bien que chez soi !
  
  Tout est refait à neuf, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et aménagé avec soin jusque dans les moindres détails. La literie est très confortable. Il y a de nombreux rangements, aussi bien dans les chambres que dans la cuisine, et tout le nécessaire est prévu pour le séjour, même la lessive, ce qui est très pratique.
  
  L’emplacement est parfait : calme, verdoyant, sécurisé, tout en étant proche du centre-ville. Nous avons également beaucoup profité de la petite terrasse.
  
  Un grand merci à Henri, toujours disponible et très réactif à la moindre question.
  
  Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
