The kitchenettes are surprisingly well-equipped – I’m talking real coffee makers, not those pod things, and enough counter space to actually spread out if you’re staying more than a night or two. What really got me was the attention to small details… thick curtains that actually block out those endless summer nights when the sun barely sets, and proper blackout options for winter when you want to sleep past the late sunrise. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout, which matters more than people admit when you’re trying to work or just stay connected.

Honestly, the location is what makes this place special. You’re on the edge where medieval Old Town starts blending into the more modern city center, so you can walk to Raekoja plats for all the tourist stuff, but also easily reach the cooler local spots along Rotermann Quarter or down toward the harbor. Parking can be tricky in this area – like most of central Tallinn – but they’ll sort you out with options nearby. The 8.2 rating feels about right; it’s not trying to be a five-star palace, but it delivers on what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. The staff genuinely seems to know the neighborhood well, which is refreshing when you need actual recommendations rather than generic tourist trap suggestions. I’d say it’s particularly good if you’re planning to stay several days and want to feel less like a hotel guest and more like a temporary resident of this fascinating little Baltic capital.

  Location was excellent, and the price was great. With a big friend group it was fun that all the beds were in the same room. The apartment was clean. Recommend for a friend group or a family!
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom was poor design since there was no shower curtain or walls, so showering made the whole bathroom floor wet. There was a TV but the channels didn’t work (also no ChromeCast or anything to stream with) so the TV was basically useless. The master bed was quite creaky and noisy. The apartment was for 6 people but there were only 4 chairs at the kitchen table.
