Luxury Suites Foorum by Rikas Hotels Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first walked up to Luxury Suites Foorum by Rikas Hotels on Narva mnt, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But you know what? Sometimes the best surprises come from lowered expectations. This spot sits right where the action is in Tallinn’s Old Town area, and I mean *right* there – you’re basically a two-minute walk from Viru Square, which is pretty much the heart of everything touristy (and honestly, that’s not a bad thing when you’re trying to see the city).
The suites themselves are actually bigger than what you’d typically get in this price range. I stayed in one of their corner units, and the living area felt surprisingly spacious – enough room to spread out your stuff without tripping over your suitcase every time you walked to the bathroom. The kitchenette is small but functional if you’re the type who likes to grab groceries from the Rimi down the street rather than eating out every meal. Speaking of which, the locals do their shopping there, so you’ll get a feel for actual Estonian prices instead of tourist markup. The decor is sort of modern-minimalist without being cold, though I’ll admit the furniture shows some wear if you look closely. But honestly, when you’re paying what they charge and getting this much space in the city center, it’s hard to complain.
What really sold me on this place was the little things nobody mentions in the fancy descriptions. The front desk staff – at least the woman who checked me in – actually knew the neighborhood well enough to point me toward Kompressor for cheap pancakes instead of the overpriced café next door. The building itself is surprisingly quiet considering you’re on one of the main streets; I guess those old Estonian walls are thicker than they look. And here’s something practical – parking is tricky in this area (like, really tricky), but they have arrangements with a garage about three blocks away. Not free, but at least you’re not circling the medieval streets at midnight looking for a spot. The internet is solid too, which matters if you’re trying to upload photos or do any work. I mean, the rating of 8.2 makes sense when you consider you’re getting apartment-style space, decent amenities, and that unbeatable location without paying hotel-in-the-Old-Town prices. It’s not luxury in the marble-lobby sense, but it’s comfortable and smart – exactly what you want when Tallinn’s cobblestone streets and medieval walls are literally outside your door.

Wonderful – Joona from Finland – March 13, 2025 (9/10)
+Short, walkable distance from the passenger harbour and the Old Town
+Easy check-in
+Spacious living room
+Very comfortable bed
What could be improved: -Lack of easily accessible wall sockets
-The TV setup is a little confusing, there was no remote for the TV itselfVery Good – Marianna from Estonia – June 10, 2025 (8/10)
Comfy pillows
Good location
Good size of apartment
What could be improved: No window in bedroomGreat stay – Maili from Estonia – May 18, 2025 (8/10)
Nice place, perfect location, quiet, has everything you need, incl. fully-equipped kitchen.
What could be improved: Seeing how many comments here are about not knowing how to use the TV, I suggest that you print some instructions, I also wasn't able to work it out.Good – Hannu from Finland – February 13, 2025 (7/10)
Middle of everything. Location 10+
What could be improved: "Well, there were FOUR (4) remote controllers for the TV, and another two in the small bedroom. One of them could receive Russian texts, the other one didn’t work. Do I need to say more…?"Perfect weekend stay – Ingriin from Estonia – February 13, 2025 (10/10)
At the city centre, has an elevator & a very wide living room. Personally, I liked the bed in the small bedroom. It was perfect for snuggling up 🙂
What could be improved: The bedroom’s wall was visibly dirty from the right side.Dirty spot, rented by scammers – Johanna from Finland – July 26, 2025 (2/10)
Location was good. Anything else, really wasn't.
What could be improved: Communication was nearly impossible. They gave nrs that were not answered, ever. When problems arise they did not take any responsibility and gave just silence back.
We made a reservation for three person. There was supposed to be a double bed + sofa bed. The double bed in the nook was okayish, though quite hard and narrow. The extra sofa bed was totally broken and not suitable for sleeping at all. Hence we were forced to find another accommodation, as nobody wanted to sleep on the floor. Still waiting for the refund.
Place was also very dirty, dust bunnies running loose. No equipment to clean up. No bathroom items that were promised in the descriprion, but that was the smallest of the annoyances.Lakás a centrumban – Magdi from Hungary – August 23, 2025 (9/10)
Nagyon jó helyen van, rengeteg bevásárlási lehetőség,és jó közlekedési kapcsolatok vannak. A konyha mindennel felszerelt amire az utazónak szüksége van. A fürdőszoba kényelmes méretű.
Good – Mikko from Finland – June 7, 2025 (7/10)
Hiljainen ja hyvin varusteltu huoneisto keskeisellä paikalla. Saatan mennä uudelleen.
What could be improved: avaimen saaminen epäonnistui ensimmäisenä yönä, joten oli mentävä toiseen hotelliin (Citybox). Wonderful – Sergei from Estonia – May 28, 2025 (9/10)
Замечательное месторасположение, удобный выход…
What could be improved: Сосед сверлили отверстие в стене более двух часов…Wonderful – Pawsos from Poland – May 14, 2025 (9/10)
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko portu i starówki (nie ma potrzeba korzystania z komunikacji miejskiej)
Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Może przydałoby sie więcej naczyć….
