You know what really caught me off guard about Lovely Noblessner Studio, Free Underground Parking!? The whole vibe of this place – I mean, it’s tucked away in Tallinn’s Noblessner area, which honestly feels like this cool industrial district that’s been given a complete makeover. When you pull up, you’re not dealing with the usual parking nightmare that plagues most European city stays. They actually mean it about the free underground parking, and after circling blocks in other cities looking for a spot, this felt like hitting the jackpot.
The studio itself has this surprisingly modern feel despite being in what used to be an old submarine shipyard area – there’s something pretty fascinating about staying somewhere with that kind of history. The space is compact but really well thought out, and I appreciated how they didn’t try to cram too much furniture into a small area. The kitchen setup actually works (you’d be amazed how many places get this wrong), and there’s decent natural light coming through the windows. What I really liked was how quiet it gets at night – the Noblessner district isn’t exactly party central, so you’re not dealing with street noise keeping you up. During the day though, you’ve got this interesting mix of locals walking their dogs and tourists wandering around checking out the waterfront area.
The location is sort of perfect if you want to be near the water without being right in the thick of Old Town chaos. I found myself walking along the harbor pretty much every morning – it’s maybe a ten-minute stroll to some really decent coffee spots, and you’re close enough to the main attractions without feeling like you’re staying in a tourist trap. The whole Noblessner development has this almost village-like feel within the city, with new restaurants and shops mixing in with the maritime museum and cultural spaces. Honestly, staying here made me feel more like a temporary resident than just another tourist passing through. The fact that it’s rated so highly makes total sense once you experience how smoothly everything runs – check-in was straightforward, everything worked as promised, and you get that rare combination of modern convenience with genuine Estonian character. If you’re the type who likes discovering neighborhoods that feel authentic while still having all the practical stuff sorted out, this place delivers.
Hotels in Tallinn offer visitors the opportunity to stay in the heart of this Baltic jewel, with easy access to museums, medieval towers, and startup districts.

What Our Guests Say
Ļoti vienkārši un ērti.
Location
Ihana asunto, rauhallisella aluella.
Väga ilus, puhas ja hubane korter, parkimine soojas garaažis. Hea asukoht.
Все понравилось , особенно вид с окна . Все есть для комфортного проживания
What could be improved: Матрас в диване оказался для нас небольшим. Больше подходит для одного человека , чем для двух . Спали столбиком . И не хватало полотенца или салфеток на кухне .
Everything
What could be improved: No hangers for towels in the bathroom, washing mashine doesn’t dry so nowhere to hang clean washing as well
Clean new well equipped great view. Ideal for a single person. Sofa bed was very comfortable. Modern and spacious. Loads of hanging space.
What could be improved: No temperature control so was a bit warm unless left windows open all the time (July and quite hot)
