You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Laulupargi Lux Residence – honestly, the name made it sound a bit pretentious. But this place completely surprised me in the best way possible. It’s got this understated elegance that feels genuinely luxurious without trying too hard, if that makes sense. The building itself has this beautiful blend of contemporary design with subtle nods to Estonian architecture, and you can tell they put real thought into every detail.
What really struck me was how quiet it is, even though you’re right in the heart of things near Tallinn’s Song Festival Grounds (that’s what “Laulupargi” means, by the way – Song Park). I mean, you’d think being close to such an iconic cultural spot would mean crowds and noise, but the residence sits in this perfect pocket where you get the convenience without the chaos. The rooms are spacious – actually spacious, not just hotel-brochure spacious – with these gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows that flood everything with natural light. The beds are seriously comfortable too, which matters more than people admit when you’re exploring a city all day.
Here’s the thing that really sets this place apart though: the staff actually knows the area. Not just the touristy stuff, but the real Tallinn. They’ll tell you which tram to take to avoid the crowds at Toompea Castle, or where to find the best kohuke (Estonian cottage cheese bars) that locals actually eat. The check-in was smooth – no weird upselling or hidden fees – and they even helped me figure out parking, which can be a nightmare in that part of the city. The 9.8 rating honestly doesn’t surprise me at all; everything from the spotless common areas to the little touches like proper coffee in the rooms (not that instant stuff) shows they care about the experience. I stayed there during shoulder season in May, and while I can imagine it gets busier in summer when the White Nights Festival happens nearby, the vibe felt intimate and personalized. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels more like a sophisticated home base than a generic hotel, this is your spot.

Good location, in 5 min sea cost with perfect view to the port and old Tallinn, cosy apartment, nice bad, comfortable kitchen with all you need to cook whatever you want. The bathroom has heated floors, which was very nice. Free underground parking. Nearby - park area. Very quiet.

Fantastic modern flat a couple of kms or so from the centre of Tallinn, with good bus services into the centre of town. Friendly host who supplied clear directions to access the flat. Everything was modern, clean and in good condition. Good sized rooms. Excellent bathroom and shower. Kitchen area with everything needed for a short stay. Communal areas were immaculate.
What could be improved: Nothing to complain about. There were no instructions for accessing the TV with the 2 remotes provided, but it didn't particularly concern me.
New and stylish comfortable flat, perfectly equipped, you won't be missing anything. Owner was thinking about every single detail - bravo! 👍
What could be improved: In that price I would appreciate Netflix or another platform for the case weather is against your plans. For Smokers: you can't smoke anywhere there - strictly no smoking policy, but that information will come with instructions, is not included in description
Amazing apartment in amazing location. The apartment is new and modern, there is a wonderful park around for walks, easy access to anywhere in the city. Thanks to the hostess for the quick communication. I will connect my next trip to Tallinn with these apartments

Very pleased! Simply the perfect place to stay. wonderful location, very quiet place, no city noise, a lot of greenery around, a park and embankment with a beautiful view of the sea - this is simply an excellent place for morning jogging and walks in the fresh air. Nearby attractions to see. The apartments are in a modern, warm style, creating comfort and coziness. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, modern household appliances, bed linens, dishes, everything is very clean! The owner of the apartment is a very responsive, hospitable and good-natured person, always happy to help with any questions you may have. There is parking. And have playground for those with children. On future visits, I will only stay here. Thank you for the wonderful place and comfort!!!
It’s one of the best apartments in Tallinn for a reasonable price. Very stylish, extremely clean, spacious, the apartment has everything you would need - Nespresso coffee capsule machine, a microwave, an oven, a washing machine and dishwasher, etc. If you travel by car, there is a private spot in the underground garage. The check-in went smoothly. The host is friendly and responsive, helped us with everything and she was always in touch :) thank you so much!
