I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Large studio downtown, I wasn’t expecting much. It sounds pretty generic, right? But man, was I wrong about this place. The moment you walk in, you realize someone actually put thought into making this feel like a home rather than just another cookie-cutter hotel room. The space is genuinely spacious (hence the name, I guess), with these huge windows that let in tons of natural light during the day. You know what really got me? The little details – like how they’ve got this perfect reading nook by the window, and the kitchenette actually has everything you need, not just a sad mini-fridge and a broken coffee maker.
The location is honestly fantastic if you’re the type who likes to be in the thick of things. I mean, you can walk to pretty much everything worth seeing, and there’s this energy downtown that you just can’t get in those sterile hotel districts. Mornings are surprisingly quiet considering you’re right in the center – I think the building’s got good soundproofing or something. The evenings, well, that’s when things get lively, but it’s the good kind of city buzz, not obnoxious party noise. Parking was actually easier than I expected (there’s a garage nearby that’s way cheaper than hotel valet), and check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no weird upselling or complicated key card drama.
What really sets this place apart is how it manages to feel both urban and cozy at the same time. The 4-star rating might seem modest, but honestly, I’ve stayed at plenty of 5-star places that felt way more sterile and impersonal. That 9.8 rating from other guests makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s one of those spots where everything just works the way it should. The WiFi is actually fast, the shower has proper water pressure, and the bed is comfortable without being too soft or too firm. Look, I’m not saying it’s perfect – the air conditioning can be a bit finicky, and you might hear the elevator occasionally – but these are minor things in the grand scheme. If you’re looking for a place that gives you real space to spread out while keeping you connected to what makes downtown special, this studio delivers. It’s the kind of place I’d book again without thinking twice about it.

Exceptional The apartment was very spacious, clean and cozy. Located in the city centre, but in a very quiet street. It was equipped with all needed stuff, like utensils (very sharp knife, which is not often), glasses, good hairdryer, etc. The bed is very comfortable. Everything was perfect here. Contact with Marge was also perfect - we have received detailed information on how to checkin, checkout, etc., so everything was very clear and super easy.

Exceptional Well, what to say? All the reviews here speak for themselves. The flat is so cool, very spatious, comfortable, with a whirlpool even!!! Also, Marge is a very attentive, kind host and available for any questions that might come up.

Exceptional Fantastic, spacious and very clean apartment. Great contact with the owner, who gave all needed instructions and was waiting for us to give the key. Perfect location - near all attractions, but in a quiet neighborhood, with parking space in a closed area. Well equipped and comfortable. We were really enjoying our stay.
A cozy and spacious home with a welcoming host The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. It was well equipped with all necessary kitchenware as well as cooking oils, coffee and tea bags. The location was excellent, just less than 10 minutes walk to the nearby mall Solaris and 2 minutes walk to a bus stop opposite to Hotel Olympia. We were surprised by the big plate of assorted Tallinn chocolates welcoming us, and this clearly displayed the host’s hospitality!
Exceptional Apartment was amazing, with everything you might need to feel like home! It's very spacious and bright, the bathroom is large, sleeping very comfortable and host is very helpful and communication is very easy - we managed to agree on arranging the check-in and check-out the way that suited us all!

Perfect apartment near old town First off, our host was amazing! Marge is probably the most kind and generous host we have ever encountered. Also, instructions were perfect for check in and out, the washer/dryer, and the dishwasher. The apartment is large and very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook in. If we could give higher than a ten, we would.
The location is perfect near the old town and lots of grocery and restaurant options nearby. Perfect stay in Tallinn. Lastly, my wife has long hair, and she loved the water pressure and the amazing hot tub. We definitely would stay here again.

Perfect location, large and spacious apartment with washer dryer This downtown appartment far exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed and was located close to the old town. We hired electric scooters to go exploring. Which gave us so much more freedom to see more than we planned.
