You know what surprised me most about Laki 24 Apartments by EasyRentals? It’s one of those places that doesn’t look like much from the outside, but once you’re settled in, you realize the team behind it actually gets what travelers need. I mean, forget the fancy lobby nonsense – these folks put their energy into making the apartments themselves really livable.

The apartments have that clean, minimalist Scandinavian thing going on, but not in a cold way. More like someone’s stylish friend let you crash at their place for the week. The kitchens are honestly better equipped than most rentals I’ve stayed in – proper coffee maker, decent knives, enough plates for more than two people. Little things, but they matter when you’re trying to save money by cooking some meals instead of eating out every night. The Wi-Fi is solid too (I work remotely, so this stuff matters to me), and the beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been hit by a truck.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even though you’re not stuck out in the middle of nowhere. The building seems well-insulated, and I barely heard my neighbors – which is saying something since I’m usually a light sleeper in new places. Check-in was straightforward, no waiting around or confusion about keys. The EasyRentals team responds pretty quickly to messages, which saved me when I couldn’t figure out the washing machine (honestly, why does every European washing machine work differently?). The whole experience just felt… uncomplicated, I guess. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want when you’re dealing with flights and jet lag and trying to figure out a new city. It’s not luxury, but it’s that sweet spot where everything works the way it should, the price makes sense, and you can actually relax instead of constantly dealing with little annoyances that add up over a longer stay.
