The 9.5 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s not about having a marble lobby or a rooftop bar, it’s about everything working exactly as it should. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building, the heating responds when you adjust it, and the shower pressure is what it claims to be. Small things, sure, but they add up to something that feels reliable and comfortable rather than pretentious. I’d definitely book this place again, especially during those shoulder season months when Tallinn gets moody and atmospheric – having a genuinely cozy base makes all the difference.
