  The room was clean and spacious and provided everything we needed for our stay. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious and diverse. The location was great, it was only a 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Christmas market. We really enjoyed the spa, pools, and the water slides. Overall we had a great experience at this hotel.

  Most of the staff was very friendly. Breakfast offered the usual hotel choices but with some varieties every day. The breakfast room could accommodate many people, even if the corridors could not really well. In general, the area is rather quiet, compared to others downtown.
