Hubane korter Järvel Overview

First Impressions

When I first pulled up to Hubane korter Järvel, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from this four-star property tucked away in Tallinn’s Kristiine district. The building itself has this understated charm — not flashy, but there’s something genuinely welcoming about the whole setup. What immediately caught my attention was how easy it was to find parking right on site, which, trust me, is a huge relief when you’re navigating Tallinn’s sometimes tricky street layout with luggage in tow.

Location & Neighborhood

The Kristiine area turned out to be one of those pleasant surprises you stumble upon when traveling. It’s residential enough that you feel like you’re experiencing how locals actually live, but you’re not stuck in the middle of nowhere either. I mean, you can easily hop on public transport to reach Tallinn’s Old Town in about 15-20 minutes, but you also have this quieter base to return to each evening. The couples who stay here seem to really appreciate this balance — there’s something romantic about having your own peaceful corner while still being connected to the city’s energy.

The Space

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a well-appointed friend’s place than a typical hotel room. You’ve got a proper kitchen setup, which honestly saved me quite a bit on dining out — and let’s face it, sometimes you just want to make your own coffee exactly how you like it. The space is thoughtfully laid out, with enough room to actually unpack and settle in rather than living out of a suitcase. The decor strikes that perfect balance between modern comfort and local character, though nothing too fancy or intimidating.

Daily Life Here

What I really appreciated was how the place encourages you to slow down a bit. Mornings felt relaxed — you know what I mean? — without that rushed hotel checkout energy hanging over everything. The neighborhood has this gentle rhythm to it, with locals heading to work and kids walking to school, giving you glimpses into authentic Estonian daily life. There’s a small grocery store within walking distance, and I found myself actually enjoying those little errands that would normally feel like a chore back home.

Why Guests Love It

After spending several days here, I completely understand why this place scores so well with visitors, especially couples looking for something different from the standard hotel experience. It’s that rare combination of independence and comfort — you have your own space and freedom, but everything just works smoothly. The free parking alone probably saves you 15-20 euros per day compared to other options in the city, and the location gives you the best of both worlds. You’re close enough to explore everything Tallinn offers, but far enough from the tourist crowds to actually relax when you want to.

To book hotel in Tallinn during the famous Tallinn Music Week season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts medieval history enthusiasts and digital innovation lovers from around the world.

Reviews of Hubane korter Järvel

  • Very Good – Elīna from Latvia – August 6, 2025 (8/10)

Nice and quiet neibourghood. Close parking in fenced yard. Good comunication with owner.

  • Good – Olga from Poland – August 26, 2024 (7/10)

The apartment was quite good and located in a quiet area, which was nice. However, there were no hooks in the bathroom, making it impossible to hang and dry towels. Additionally, there was only one hook near the table, which was inconvenient for a group of four guests.

  • Very Good – Aldona from Lithuania – August 20, 2024 (8/10)

Everything was fine, but the bedding should be refreshed into new ones. For four people finding only two double covers was a bit complicated. Also, a trash can could be placed in bathroom.

  • The apartment met our needs and was easy to get into and the location was good for our purposes. – William from Lithuania – July 5, 2024 (7/10)

Was within walking distance of a big grocery store (Selver) and a good restaurant (Tondi Resto).

What could be improved: There could be a waste basket in the bathroom.

  • Good – Asher from New Zealand – April 30, 2024 (7/10)

It's spacious, warm, there is a bathtub, the location was easy to find and there was a free parking outside, checkin was easy.

What could be improved: It was not clean.

  • Comfortable flat – Kristina from United Kingdom – April 28, 2024 (7/10)

  • Very Good – Onyshkiv from Finland – July 23, 2023 (8/10)

The apartment had everything you need: a kitchen with dishes and a dishwasher, a washing machine in the bathroom

What could be improved: Bed linen and towels in the bathroom need to be updated.

  • Clean and quiet apartment – Oona from Finland – April 17, 2023 (9/10)

The apartment was really clean and quiet. There was good parking space and the host was prompt with replies. Coffee in the kitchen for the morning.
