  Очень неплохая квартира в высотном современном 20-этажном здании. Оборудована квартира неплохо: есть электроплита, духовка, микроволновка, холодильник, посудомоечная машина, электрочайник, телевизор, интернет, фен, стиральная и сушильная машины. Очень впечатляет собственная терраса (правда мы были в ноябре и терраса не пригодилась). Отличные скоростные лифты. Есть собственное парковочное место в подземном гараже. Через 3 квартала есть Lidl и Rimi.
