Gonsiori Apartment

Very nice apartment 😊 well furnished, good location, clean.very easy process to get the keys of the apartment.
I recommend it for short visit to Tallin.

I would really recommend the apartment. It is modern, well decorated, very spacious and extremely clean. The place is in a good location. Within 5 mins walk there is a local supermarket, streets behind have some of the nicest cafes in the city, Old Town is 15 mins walk (now during all of the crazy roadworks and rebuilding all of Tallin) and about 10 mins to Kadriorg Park. It is 15 mins from the airport and Bolt (taxi) costs between 6-9 EUR depending on the time of the day and traffic. The place is well equipped for short and long stays. The owner has sent very good and clear instructions about check in. There is well equipped kitchen, very good internet (I have worked from home for couple days), comfy bed, good shower, iron, washing machine and anything else you would have in the apartment. The building is safe and Tallin and Estonia as a whole is a very safe city (and country) - I travel solo (female).

What could be improved: There were couple small improvements to be made or items that could be added that I have chatted with the owner. Nothing that would change my mind as such. The place can get very hot, there is no AC> I kept windows open during the day and closed at night due to some noises from the main street. Nothing that would impact my sleep though.

Host is very accommodating and gracious and was more than willing and even happy to accommodate our late ferry arrival for check-in. Location was great! Convenient to major transport (bus, ferry, and train), all within a 20 minute walk. Local transport (tram and bus) is nearby, though we walked everywhere. It’s about equal distance from Old Town and Kadriorg, each maybe a 15-20 minute walk in opposite directions. The apartment itself is very clean and perfectly comfortable, seems newly renovated, and is well-equipped with everything you might need for your stay. There’s a convenient grocery store nearby if you you need anything else. There is a small washing machine and plenty of hanging closet space and a rack for drying. WiFi worked well. We didn’t use it, but there’s a TV with streaming apps. I would look forward to staying here again!

This apartment is spacious and comfortable and comes with all the necessary furniture and kitchen utensils. It's also in a very convenient location. If you're traveling light, you can easily walk from the bus station to the apartment in just 10 minutes. And if you're up for a stroll, it's only a 20-25 minute walk to the city center.

What could be improved: While a self-check-in option would have been convenient, its absence didn't really cause any major inconvenience. Kalmer arrived on time and even a bit early, and was very helpful in getting me settled in. He handed over the keys, showed me around the apartment, and gave me some great tips for my stay in the city. Overall, it was a smooth check-in process and I felt well taken care of.

Very comfortable flat that has everything you need to live there even for a long term.
