    Great location, big place with enough space, underground parking. Has everything you need for short or longer stay.

    What could be improved: Kitchen was missing some equipment like good frying pans. Dishes where inside the washing machine. There are constructions going on, can be hard to find parking entrance the first time.

    Absolutely perfect location, very close to the old town, super close to restaurants, supermarket and shopping center (it was quite rainy during our stay, so this came very handy), short walk from the boat terminal. The apartment was equipped with everything and the flexibility of check-in and check-out is a big plus.

    This apartment exceeded my expectations. Everything was great. Absolutely perfect location , just 2 minutes walk to enter the old city. For us it was better to stay here, than in the center of old town, with its ups and downs and old apartments. Really very convenient place, several huge supermarkets around were we bought ready meals of excellent quality (best one is Kaubamaja supermarket, in Viru building), far more better than we were served at the restaurants in the town.
    The apartment itself is modern, spacious, light and very comfortable, even better than on the photos, in general it's always the contrary.
    Bed is large enough for 2 people, even the sofa is really large, and both comfortable.
    Kitchen and bathroom – well equipped, clean and spacious.
    There is a balcony, were you can sit, take your morning coffee and have a look on the old town. It's on a higher floor and without vis-a-vis.
    The building is situated on a large crossroad, but we weren't disturbed by noise, because there is not a heavy traffic. I even think that staying near the loudy bars in the old town would be far more disturbing.

    Great location! Heated bathroom was amazing and so fast for drying clothes on the clothes rail! It was nice that there were some larder goods in place eg cooking oil and salt! Plenty of clothes hangers, we loved the Smart TV and enjoyed Netflix on that ! The balcony is lovely and the view is stunning

    What could be improved: Needs more drinking glasses and mugs and teatowels

    Liked the location. Close to the Old Town, shopping malls, and to the port if you are taking the ferry to Helsinki. Easy to get a Bolt ride to the airport also. Access to the elevator was good, as we were on the 8th floor. Great view of town from the balcony. Kitchen had everything you need but we didn't use it. Living room is spacious and comfortable.

    What could be improved: The bed was what I call a full bed. Not two twins put together that would be a king size bed. When your partner is 6 foot the bed is small. Would have liked to have extra bedding and pillows for the sofa. No Air conditioning. Couldn't open the windows as the window key used to unlock the windows was stuck in the bedroom window. Had to open the door to the balcony to get fresh air into the living room Would have liked to have been able to open the windows. More secure that way also.

    The flat is quite spacious, has the essentials and an excellent location.

    What could be improved: Communication should be done by WhatsApp and not by Booking, this is because only the messages sent via WhatsApp had response, the clarifications requested to the host via Booking had no response.
    The 3rd floor flat, despite having excellent soundproofing, is immediately above a disco, which operates on weekends. Of course it naturally causes some disturbance, we even found it quite strange not to find this information on the platform, which is obviously important. On top of that, the rules they sent us about the house were quite strict about noise, which caused us even more perplexity. So we can't make noise (and we agree) and underneath the flat there is a disco?!
