The Fahle building itself is this sleek modern thing that stands out against Tallinn’s mix of Soviet-era blocks and medieval architecture, and when they say skyline view, they actually mean it. From the apartment, you get this gorgeous panorama of the city that’s particularly stunning around sunset – I probably took way too many photos of those red rooftops glowing in the evening light.

What really got me though was how thoughtfully everything was set up inside. The bedroom feels spacious without being cavernous, and there’s actually proper blackout curtains (thank god, because summer nights here barely get dark). The kitchen has everything you need if you’re the type who likes to hit the local markets – and honestly, with Balti Jaam market just a short walk away, you’d be crazy not to cook at least a few meals here. The internet was solid, which matters if you’re working remotely, and the building’s pretty quiet despite being on a main street. I was worried about traffic noise, but the windows do their job well. Check-in was smooth too – none of that awkward key-exchange dance you sometimes get with apartment rentals. The whole experience felt polished but not sterile, if that makes sense. Sure, it’s not the cheapest option in Tallinn, but when you factor in the view, the location, and actually having space to spread out, it’s worth every euro. Plus, staying here puts you right in the flow of real Tallinn life – you’ll find yourself shopping where locals shop, walking their routes to work, maybe even picking up a few words of Estonian from the friendly neighbors.

  Everything was well put together, also appreciated the hosts hospitality. The view was nice and overall apartments pleased our standarts. There is parking near the building, it charges extra, but nothing too horrible. I would say it's worth it. Personally i would return.

  What could be improved: On the pictures it seemed a lot bigger so maybe add more pictures of the flat.
  There was some awkward smell coming from the ac or somewhere else, it wasnt strong but it disturbed.

  Сами апартаменты были как указано на картинке.Они сообтсветсвовали ожиданиям так же присутствовали предметы первой необходимости и все что нужно для комфортного проживания.
  
  What could be improved: Чистота немного подвела.все выглядело в целом опрятно но если пригледется то можно увидеть что есть разводы.в апартаментах жили всего сутки так что особо не приглядывались но на заметных местах типо кранах и тд.Иак же я не поняла почему заранее не предупреждают о том что апартаменты можно снимать с 25 лет и потребовали индендефекацыю.я просматривала информацыю не раз и не нашла упоминание об этом и в принцыпе подобная политика не понятна мне

  У этих апартаментов огромный плюс, это вид из окна. Он шикарный! Открывается вид на весь Таллин. Локация и безконтактный заезд.
  
  What could be improved: Есть пару моментов, которые нам не понравились:
  1) самый большой минус это ванная комната. Сама ванна находится прямо у окна, которое не возможно ничем закрыть. Днем мыться не возможно! Нужно ждать когда стемнеет и мыться в полной темноте. Так себе идея….советую хозяйке купить шторы или роллы, чтоб можно было закрыть окно, пока моешься. Также в условиях проживания указано что жильцы должны мыть окно, после того как помылся. Я приехал сюда отдыхать а не мыть окна. И да, в ванной очень холодно, зато в комнатах очень жарко.
  2) парковка. Это ужас, мы приехали за 2 часа до заселения и еле еле нашли 1 свободное место. Если вы планируете кататься по городу и к вечеру приезжать на парковку, то машину вам поставить будет некуда. За 2 дня парковка стоила 30 евро. Сколько ходили гулять, мест свободных никогда не было.
  3) кухня. Она уже не первой свежести, поюзаная, крышка чайника не открывается. Тарелок очень мало и все они большие. Хотели поесть тортик из маленьких тарелок, а их нету, только огромные…чашек для кофе тоже нету. Большие кружки не влезают в кофейный аппарат

  Cudowny widok na panoramę miasta, czyste mieszkanie. Przemiła Pani, która jest w ciągłym kontakcie i ze spokojem pomaga rozwiązać każdy problem. Mieszkanie świetnie zaopatrzone we wszystko, co potrzebne.
  
  What could be improved: Jedynym minusem była dla mnie wanna, a dokładniej prysznic w niej. Korzystanie z niej było bardzo niewygodne, a wręcz problematyczne.

  Amazing view over Tallinn, we had some beautiful sunsets. So much light thanks to the large windows and the A/C was good.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately some of the plates were dirty, the dishwasher had an unpleasant smell, the shower head wouldn’t stop moving so the bathroom floor kept getting wet, the toilet didn’t flush well.
