I mean, the view alone justifies the stay, but then you notice the details: the sauna (which, let’s be real, is practically mandatory in Estonia), the way each of the three bedrooms has its own proper ensuite so nobody’s fighting over bathroom time, and that parking spot – which anyone who’s driven in Tallinn knows is basically worth its weight in gold. The kitchen actually has everything you need if you want to grab fresh ingredients from the nearby Kristiine Keskus shopping center, though I found myself ordering way too much Estonian craft beer delivery because, well, vacation.

What really sold me on this place is how it feels like you’re getting the best of both worlds. You’re far enough from the tourist chaos that you can actually hear yourself think, but Haabersti is surprisingly well-connected – the tram system gets you to the medieval Old Town in about 20 minutes, and there’s something nice about coming back to this quiet residential street after a day of cobblestones and crowds. The neighborhood has this authentic, lived-in feel where you’ll see locals walking their dogs and kids playing in the courtyards. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the building itself is solid – none of that paper-thin wall situation where you hear every conversation next door. The only minor thing I’d mention is that grocery runs require a bit of planning since you’re not exactly surrounded by corner shops, but honestly, that just means you’re living like a local rather than a tourist. If you’re the type who wants luxury without the tourist tax markup and doesn’t mind being a short tram ride from the action, this penthouse is pretty much perfect.

  Rentisime korteri minu sünnipäeva nvks ja peatumine seal oli tõeliselt mõnus ja korteri atmosfäär oli lummavalt ilus. Kõik külalised ja kaasaarvatud mina nautisime sealoldud aega maksimaalselt ja oli tunne, et kahest ööst jääb väheseks.🙈Kõik asjad olid olemas, et ise ka süüa teha, mida me tegime teisel õhtul ja alguses ma kartsin,et kohvikapslitest jääb puudu ning Maria väga armsalt oli nõus neid meile sinna juurde viima ja lõpuks tuli välja, et isegi esialgset kogust me isegi ei kasutanud ära. Niiet lõpp hea – kõik hea. Saunaskäik oli meeliülendav koos valgustuse ja muusika ja loomulikult ka vaatega!😍
  
  What could be improved: Kahjuks teisel õhtul me ei saanud sauna tööle ja see protsess veidike venis, aga õnneks Maria oli sõnumi kaugusel ning aitas igatepidi ja lõpuks tulid nad oma mehega ka kohale, et aidata meil saun tööle saada. Väga abivalmid inimesed, aitäh!
