First Impressions
Walking up to EasyRentals Central Tallinn Apartments by Tallinn University on Narva maantee, you immediately get that “I’m in the thick of things” feeling. The building sits right where the action is — I mean, you’re literally steps from Old Town’s medieval walls, but also close enough to the modern business district that you feel connected to both sides of Tallinn. It’s one of those three-star properties that doesn’t try to be fancy, but honestly, the location does most of the heavy lifting here.
The Apartment Setup
These aren’t hotel rooms in the traditional sense — you’re getting actual apartments with kitchenettes, which is pretty brilliant if you ask me. The spaces feel more like temporary homes than sterile hotel boxes, and there’s something refreshing about having a proper fridge and the option to make your own coffee in the morning. The furnishings are straightforward and functional (think IKEA meets Eastern European practicality), but everything works as it should. You know what I appreciated most? The windows are big enough that you actually get decent natural light, which isn’t always a given in city center apartments.
Location Magic
Here’s where this place really shines — that 8.9 location score isn’t just marketing fluff. You can walk to Tallinn’s Old Town in about five minutes, but you’re also perfectly positioned for exploring the Rotermann Quarter’s trendy restaurants and shops. Narva maantee itself is one of those streets that connects everything, so whether you want to hit up local markets or catch a tram to Kadriorg Park, you’re sorted. I noticed couples seem to particularly love staying here (they rate it 8.6 apparently), and I get why — there’s something romantic about being able to stroll to candlelit dinners in medieval courtyards, then come back to your own little apartment.
Practical Perks
The on-site parking is actually a bigger deal than you might think — finding parking in central Tallinn can be a proper headache, especially during summer when the cruise ships roll in. Having that sorted means you can easily do day trips to places like Lahemaa National Park or the coastal town of Haapsalu without the stress of hunting for a parking spot when you return. The university connection means the whole operation runs pretty smoothly too — there’s a certain efficiency to how things are managed that you don’t always get with smaller apartment rentals.
Why Guests Love It
What keeps people coming back is the combination of independence and location that you’d pay significantly more for at a traditional hotel. You get your own space to spread out, cook a simple meal, or just relax without feeling like you’re living in a lobby, but you’re still in the absolute heart of one of Europe’s most charming capitals. It’s particularly great for longer stays — I mean, after a few days of hotel breakfast buffets, being able to grab fresh bread from a local bakery and make your own morning routine feels like a small upscale. The 7.9 rating reflects exactly what this place is: solid, well-located, and unpretentious.
Tallinn’s apartments offer spacious accommodations with medieval charm, perfect for families wanting to experience daily life in this digitally advanced Baltic capital.

What Our Guests Say
Lovely modernized apartment in an old building close to many destinations From the outside, it's a quaint old apartment building (pre-Soviet, I'd say). Inside, though, it's all modern. It's a great little suite for a solo traveler or couple. There are plenty of shops within walking distance, and Tallinn University is just across the street. Bus and light rail stop right by the apartment. While staying, a walk to Nurri Kassikohvik (Cat Cafe) is highly recommended.
Wonderful Close to trams and not far to the old town. Apartament is small but comfortable with everything you need.Perfect for one person. Easy check-in and check-out.
Wonderful The managers Christian and Regina were responsive and helpful at all requests.
Wonderful Good location, and the apartment offered enough space. A supermarket is just across the street.
Great location, convenient to visit the university or city, but a bit small The location is directly in front of the University. This is really good if you are visiting for work there. Because it's in front of the university, it also has the number 3 tram line directly outside as well as several buses. It's very convenient to use the tram to come back because it drops you off directly at the entrance. However, the city is very walkable, so you may not even need it. The Old Town is reachable within 17 minutes or less by walking. The location is also close to the number 1 bus stop, which takes you north east. You can walk to Kadriorg park and museum as well within a few minutes. Although I didn't use all the facilities, the apartment did have a fridge, a washing machine, a TV, a hob, an electric kettle, and the sofa is a sofa bed. Two bath towels and a tea towel are provided too. The rack for hanging coats near the door has a small horizontal rod that you can hang towels and wet clothes to dry from. The shower room is big enough as it extends a bit outwards from the flat.
Very Good Very clean and easy to reach from main bus station 🚉 comfortable late check-in
Great location The location was fantastic! The apartment was very small, but very cozy feeling. Very comfortable bed. The smart TV was really good and internet connection was good too. The apartment was warm when the weather was above -10. The washing machine was very handy to have, and it worked very well. There's also a small rail at the front to hang coats and small chest of drawers for some added storage. Hosts were responsive. Price was very good. Good for a 1 or 2 week stay if you don't have a lot of clothes and you are travelling solo.
Nice stay :) Location was very nice, easy to walk and tram right in front of the house.
House was cute, comfortable and had everything you need.
Checking in was easy as well leaving. Overall a nice stay.
Good apartment Great location, I could just walk everywhere. There were many things in the apartment that you might need. The apartment is in an old house with wooden staircase and a lot of furniture is actually restored old wooden furniture. It creates a special atmosphere.
Normal. It was cozy, comfortable, good location.
