You know what?
You know what? EasyRentals Central Tallinn Apartments by Tallinn University caught me completely off guard – in the best way possible. I’ll be honest, when I first saw the name, I was expecting some basic student housing situation, but these apartments are actually pretty solid for anyone wanting to stay in Tallinn’s heart without the hotel hassle.
The location is honestly fantastic if you want to feel like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it. You’re literally in the central district, which means you can walk to Old Town’s cobblestone streets in about ten minutes (I timed it), and there’s this great little Estonian bakery two blocks away that locals actually go to – not the touristy spots. The university connection makes more sense when you realize you’re surrounded by this interesting mix of students, young professionals, and visitors, so the whole area has this vibrant energy without being chaotic. I mean, sure, it can get a bit lively on weekend nights, but honestly? That just adds to the authentic city experience.
What I really appreciated was how these apartments feel like actual homes. You get a proper kitchen – not some sad mini-fridge situation – so you can hit up the nearby Rimi supermarket and cook with those amazing Baltic ingredients you keep seeing everywhere. The furnishing is that comfortable, unfussy style that works perfectly when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two. Actually, I ended up extending my stay because check-out felt weird after I’d gotten into a morning routine of making coffee and watching the street come alive below. The Wi-Fi is solid (crucial for me since I was working remotely), and the heating works well, which you’ll definitely appreciate if you’re visiting during one of those Baltic winters. The 7.9 rating makes total sense – it’s not trying to be luxury, but everything you need actually works properly, and sometimes that’s exactly what you want. Plus, being connected to the university means there’s this underlying sense of organization and reliability that you don’t always get with independent rentals. If you’re the type who likes having your own space to decompress after wandering around medieval streets all day, this place delivers without any pretense.
Tallinn’s apartments offer spacious accommodations with medieval charm, perfect for families wanting to experience daily life in this digitally advanced Baltic capital.

What Our Guests Say
Lovely modernized apartment in an old building close to many destinations From the outside, it's a quaint old apartment building (pre-Soviet, I'd say). Inside, though, it's all modern. It's a great little suite for a solo traveler or couple. There are plenty of shops within walking distance, and Tallinn University is just across the street. Bus and light rail stop right by the apartment. While staying, a walk to Nurri Kassikohvik (Cat Cafe) is highly recommended.
Wonderful Close to trams and not far to the old town. Apartament is small but comfortable with everything you need.Perfect for one person. Easy check-in and check-out.
Wonderful The managers Christian and Regina were responsive and helpful at all requests.
Wonderful Good location, and the apartment offered enough space. A supermarket is just across the street.
Great location, convenient to visit the university or city, but a bit small The location is directly in front of the University. This is really good if you are visiting for work there. Because it's in front of the university, it also has the number 3 tram line directly outside as well as several buses. It's very convenient to use the tram to come back because it drops you off directly at the entrance. However, the city is very walkable, so you may not even need it. The Old Town is reachable within 17 minutes or less by walking. The location is also close to the number 1 bus stop, which takes you north east. You can walk to Kadriorg park and museum as well within a few minutes. Although I didn't use all the facilities, the apartment did have a fridge, a washing machine, a TV, a hob, an electric kettle, and the sofa is a sofa bed. Two bath towels and a tea towel are provided too. The rack for hanging coats near the door has a small horizontal rod that you can hang towels and wet clothes to dry from. The shower room is big enough as it extends a bit outwards from the flat.
Very Good Very clean and easy to reach from main bus station 🚉 comfortable late check-in
Great location The location was fantastic! The apartment was very small, but very cozy feeling. Very comfortable bed. The smart TV was really good and internet connection was good too. The apartment was warm when the weather was above -10. The washing machine was very handy to have, and it worked very well. There's also a small rail at the front to hang coats and small chest of drawers for some added storage. Hosts were responsive. Price was very good. Good for a 1 or 2 week stay if you don't have a lot of clothes and you are travelling solo.
Nice stay :) Location was very nice, easy to walk and tram right in front of the house.
House was cute, comfortable and had everything you need.
Checking in was easy as well leaving. Overall a nice stay.
Good apartment Great location, I could just walk everywhere. There were many things in the apartment that you might need. The apartment is in an old house with wooden staircase and a lot of furniture is actually restored old wooden furniture. It creates a special atmosphere.
Normal. It was cozy, comfortable, good location.
