I mean, there’s something about having that outdoor space that just makes you breathe easier, especially after being cooped up in planes or cramped hotel rooms on previous trips. The kitchen setup is pretty solid too – not fancy by any means, but functional enough that I could grab groceries and actually save some money instead of eating out every single meal. The fridge is full-sized, which honestly surprised me, and they’ve got enough counter space to spread out if you’re the type who likes to prep your own breakfast.

What really sold me on this place was how quiet it stayed, even with a 7.8 rating that clearly draws decent foot traffic. The building seems well-constructed – I barely heard my neighbors, and the street noise was minimal (though I’d still pack earplugs if you’re a super light sleeper). The staff genuinely seemed to care about getting things right, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward. No upselling, no complicated key card systems that never work – just practical hospitality. The cleaning crew clearly takes pride in their work too; everything felt properly maintained rather than just surface-clean. Now, it’s definitely not luxury – the furnishings are more IKEA than boutique, and the bathroom could use some updating – but for the price point, you’re getting solid value. The location works well for people who want to feel settled somewhere rather than just passing through. I found myself actually using the living room space in the evenings, which never happens in regular hotels where you’re basically stuck on the bed watching TV. If you’re traveling for work or staying more than a couple nights, this setup makes way more sense than a traditional room. Just don’t expect room service or fancy amenities – this is more about giving you the space and comfort to live normally while you’re away from home.

  It is huge, pretty, warm, comfortable, clean, and feels like in our own apartment. All instructions are clear from the start and during the stay.
  
  What could be improved: It is not that I dont like, but maybe the management can also provide tea and sugar. You have coffee capsule and coffee machine thats awesome, but still having a cup of tea would also be nice. But overall nothing to complain.

  The apartment was quite spacious, super-clean and, surprisingly, really quiet even though adjacent to busy nightspots.
  
  What could be improved: I would have liked a squeegee on a long handle to disperse the shower water that leaks into the rest of the bathroom. Out on the balcony you hear music and chatter from adjacent restaurants, though it’s not all that obnoxious and sound insulation inside the apartment is really good.

  What could be improved: Сенсорная панель домофона по словам хозяина не работает, но мы открывали дверь друзьям методом "Научного тыка". -) Неприятным моментом оказался странный сигнал/вибрация в районе коридора каждые 5 минут, что настораживало особенно ночью. Мы написали хозяину об этом, он попросил сделать фото, откуда идет звук- мы сделали, но хозяин никак не отреагировал на наше замечание. Также будьте готовы к тому, что до заезда с вас попросят залог 100 евро, который вернут после отъезда, – это не страшно, но хотелось бы, чтоб предупреждали заранее о способах оплаты залога. У нас были наличные деньги, а залог вносился денежным переводом.
